I visited the site on my installation of FireFox on Mac and saw no issues. I know we had a bug on Chrome browser (not Firefox) where the letter got cut off when the font was natively installed on the machine. Can you pls check this on another desktop and see if you can reproduce the issue? Thanks
Great theme! I just purchased it and had just one question—is it possible to ‘turn off’, hide or disable the header text that currently defaults as ‘Blog’. I just wanted a Custom Header Background with no text on it. Thank you!
You can control the same by entering a custom heading HTML with empty content entered under Custom Heading Options. You can also use the following Custom CSS in theme options to hide the text -
.single-post #title-area h1, h2 { display: none; }
assuming you want that be gone from the individual post pages only.

I have now installed the agile template on wordpress 3.9 and stopped working the button objects to enter images in publications, please can you help me to resolve this fault.

Hi, This may be the weirdest support question you have had. I recently installed this theme for a small residential building (151 apartments). It is only used by residents. Immediately out web traffic went from 400 visits a month to over 20,000. It doesn’t make any sense at all. Can you help to try and trouble shoot to see if the theme can be ‘attacked’ somehow as this only occurred when we changed the wordpress theme. Thanks
Is there a way you can check this in Google Analytics and see from where the traffic is coming? And also check which pages are being scanned by whom. It is hard for me to say what’s happening without actually looking at the stats. Pls let me know if you need further help on this. Thanks

Thanks for such a great theme. I have an issue though. I cant drag and drop the pages while using “static page” this is a new install of WP and another site that uses this them has no issue. I also cant get the options when I do a drop down in a particular page that I would like to delete.

Ahhh, sorry for the ‘search’ question….
To make the other loader not appear, pls use the following custom CSS in the css/custom.css file or style.css of the child theme. This will hide the revolution slider loader icon which has a higher z-index.

Did you mean the background picture of the header? You can do the same in the portfolo edit window under Header Options. If you plan to change the background picture for the entire page, you will need to use something like this -

I have purchased the theme and used the WPML plugin to get multi language, Everything works perfect in all the browser except safari.

Problems
1. When i click on any of the menu option the page shakes while it reaches the page section.
2. What is the CSS style we can modify to change the text direction (from right to left) of the testimonials.
The Safari shaking is due to some custom CSS for padding entered in revolution slider. Pls use the following Custom CSS -
#slider-area .rev_slider_wrapper {
padding: 0 !important;
}
and the problem should get resolved.
The testimonials looks to be already aligned right. Probably you resolved the issue yourself. Pls let me know if I am missing something here. Thanks
Hi, I can not insert the shortcode using the appropriate editor. After choosing the shortcode from the drop-down menu click on “insert” but nothing happens, the popup remains open and the shortcode is not entered. Thanks for the help
I hope you have one of the latest versions of the theme installed. Can you pls try to clear the browser cache and see if the problem goes away? The browser tries to cache the JS files and unless you actually flush the cache, at times the old files remain causing the issue.

Pls use embed map feature in Google Maps instead of the shortcode. The shortcode essentially does the same thing but utilizes older APIs. Pls see below for instruction -

I’ve been trying to create an account on your support service but haven’t received the email with password.
I’ve installed the theme on an existing and site and also on a fresh install using the content provided (xml file) and in both cases the theme doesn’t display correctly on mobile devices.
The site loads correctly on desktop, but once I open on e mobile device (I’ve tried on iPhone 4s, 5s, iPad 3) it loads like no style have been applied (pure html).
Have you came across this before?
