I used Chrome too. Did you click on the visual tab instead of HTML? Otherwise the icon won’t show.

I can`t change between Visual and Text. There`s no button on my display. That´s strange, too. :-/

I am able to change the tabs without issues and visual composer is working as expected as well. You can disable all plugins once and then check if you can see the shortcode builder – that way you can point the plugin causing the issue.

Or better open the site in incognito mode of Chrome since that will disable all Chrome extensions. Since I am able see the tabs and builder, may be it is some extension which is causing the issue.

The automatically resizes the images according to its needs. Having said that, WordPress has issues when you specify images of exact width required but with a different height (I believe that is what is causing the issues for you). Try providing a bigger sized image (image with both width and height bigger than the size eventually shown) as the featured image for the portfolio item and see if the problem goes away.

It`s really a big bug!! The style-tag for iphone_slider doesn`t work!!!! :-/

I am not clear whether the slider does not work or the style attribute. If the slider itself is not coming up, I see that the image URLs need to be prefixed with the domain name or URL of the wordpress install. They should like http://mydomain.com//wp-content/uploads/images/iphone/iphone_01.jpg and not just /wp-content/uploads/images/iphone/iphone_01.jpg.

Not sure why the style attribute is not working. Even if the style attribute is not working, we can help you achieve the same with custom CSS. 1) Yes it is possible to filter the testimonials. Pls use the shortcode as per the instructions in the latest version of the documentation as below -

This is a little involved for a person who has not dealt with jQuery. I recommend you hire someone for this. I can provide a few hints on the same. Will need to use something like below in js/main.js file (around line number 583 of this file before number animation kicks in at line number 618) to change the number -

$( ".animate-numbers .stats .number" ).text( 613 );

I am assuming that you have access to the dynamic number that you want to assign to here. If you do not have access to it on the client, PHP solution would be better.

One more question please? How can I put commas in the number? Ex: 12345 should show 12,345?

I have not tried the comma separated numbers but according to the author of this plugin – “If the end result number is to have commas then it is suggested that the number created in HTML have commas as well.”. So if you start with a comma separated number, probably the end result will have the required commas too. Hope that works.

Sorry, I have not used a lazy load mechanism for a long time. Unless I take a closer look, cannot do much in this regard.

In my view, it is better to optimize images than actually try to lazy load them. Most of the images that we use on our site can be brought down to few KBs in size. The slider images and parallax backgrounds are the biggest ones and can take up a couple of hundred KBs but they need to be loaded beforehand for these features to function correctly. Lazy loading them can cause issues. So, I would focus more on compression, caching to improve site performance. Hope this helps.

The latest version of theme documentation has information on how to filter the team members displayed.

The theme documentation is part of the download bundle. I remember it being placed in the root folder itself that you see after extraction.

Thanks for your interest. I am afraid that type of vertical carousel function does not exist in the theme. You may want to hire someone to get that done. The theme does not support the same natively.

Sorted, the new google maps engine, doesn’t seem to want to work correctly. Switch to classic maps works a treat.

Have imported the content and setup the site exactly like the demo site. Had to retry import couple of times. Some hosting providers place restrictions on the time of execution or on resources and hence retry helps load data incrementally. Painful but gets things done instead of trying to wait on hosting support. Thanks for your purchase.
