Hello,
I have purchased your theme and downloaded the sample content, but for some reason when I view the site without making any changes, it does not look like the demo. I am very new to WordPress and not familiar with building websites. I would like the site to look like your demo but with my own content.
Is there something wrong with the sample data that I have downloaded or a different issue perhaps? Or is that how it is supposed to look?

For some reason, in revolution slider, after I create a slider or slides, I can’t edit their settings.
Also having issues with some WC functions not working. Maybe a JQ script loading issue?

When I tried stage2.mlf.org on a iPad2, the menu is still in full format. I wonder if it should turn into the “mobile menu” format instead? ie the menu display as a grey icon with 3 horizontal bars. Is iPad considered as a “mobile” device”?

At present the theme is configured to have mobile menu only on tablets with resolution lower than 767px. I guess the regular menu is still usable on iPad due to its higher resolution. Thanks

Hi there, I realised that the font in the sticky header kind of becomes smaller when I scroll down. Is there a way to keep the font size the same?
Another thing, when I mouseover the menu, there is a underline. I know that to change this color, I have to go to General under Theme option. Is there a way to have it in a different color as the colour I set in General? What is the custom CSS code for that?

Hello, Your theme is compatybile with WPML, so i have question how to translate: 1. Contact form fields? form eng to different language? 2. How to translate date format in post, now is eg. 31 May 14, I would like to have numerical date eg. 31-05-2014.

I would suggest you use Contact Form 7 sample that is provided with the theme. That way, you do not have to worry about the translation aspect. The contact form 7 sample looks and functions exactly like the theme one. Thanks

Glad you like the theme. You can change the height of the header right in the page edit window under Header Options. It should be located just below the option to set the background image for the page header(named Post/Page Title Height). You can change the font through simple CSS inserted into custom CSS tab in theme options -
#title-area h2, #title-area h1 { font-family: 'Arial';}
as an example. Hope this helps.
If you have imported the sample data, you should find a page section named Marketing in Page Section screen of WordPress admin. You can just modify the same to your needs. It is pretty simple to do so once you get access to source.

I am about to purchase your theme, I just wanted to make sure if the theme supports Arabic Language. For example the main menu in Arabic starts from the right to the left. I also need to know how to apply the theme in Arabic. I have installed Arabic WordPress, Do i only need to upload your theme and will be translated already? as Arabic WordPress supports such functions.

Thanks so much for your interest. The theme does not support RTL languages out of the box. We have no plans at present to support the same.

The anchors work great when I am in the single page site. But once I am in a separate page, they don´t work at all. No response to the menu items with anchors if I click the menu in a different page. I could find an example external page from which I could navigate to the home page. Can you pls post the same to the forum please. I typed a invalid URL and hit the 404 page but had no problem navigating back to the home page through the internal links in the menu.
Alternatively, you can modify the file js/main.js file at line number 214 to have preventDefault parameter value set to false. If you post the login in the forum, I can make the change, if you have trouble with it.

Have fixed the issue. Pls check. Looking fine now on About Us page. The custom JS code added for enabling smooth scroll on dropdown menu caused the issue. BTW, beautiful site. Would like to feature it sometime.

If you have loaded the sample data, pls have a look at the admin panel Page Sections window. You should find a section named ‘Intro’ and inside the post there is a shortcode where you can modify the image_urls attribute URL -

The team slider has a issue when we use more than 1 on the same page For eg like: team_slider department=”marketing”
All the slide actions are happening on the first slide because of the jquery selection. Is it possible to provide a fix?

I have made the fix – it is little more complicated than it looks at first. Not sure I want it to be part of theme itself since so far I have not had anyone requesting for it and adds quite a bit of code. When I deactivate the WooCommerce, I get this error message at the slider. “Revolution Slider Plugin Not Installed/Deactivated or No Revolution Slider entries created. Prepare the Revolution Slider or choose a different slider type in theme options”. Please advise asap. Really appreciate
This is not something to do with WooCommerce as such. If you do not need WooCommerce, you can delete this page or if it is home page, you can set the Revolution slider instance in theme options -> General tab. Pls let me know if you still have trouble. Thanks

Another issue, I got some image url and information on a database. Is there a section for me to add php codes to retrieve them and display on the page itself?
Not clear on what needs to be accomplished here. I am afraid we use standard WP library for post types and their images to obtain the images and information. I am afraid we do not have any custom code that I can provide which can retrieve some information from the db. You can look at the below link for db queries in WP -

To avoid manually updating these information on the webpage, I need to write some simple php code to call out these information from the database. So if I add a new page to display the information, I need to know where should I add in the php codes on the page.
You cannot use php code on the page unless you use a plugin of some kind. Pls have a look at these two for your needs -

Thanks! I will go try. Another question, I went to change the colour of the toggle image file in “public_html/wp-content/themes/agile/images”. I have changed for both Plus and Minus to blue colour but after uploading the new ones, the page still display old orange for the Minus. Did I miss out anything?
Among all the elements in the theme, toggle button is the one that employs a image to display the toggle function. Hence, we will need to use photoshop or some other image editing tool for the background of toggle element to modify the color. Pls let us know if you need help on the same. Thanks
I have already modified the image colour (Plus & Minus) using photoshop. However, after I upload them, only the Plus is changed. Minus remains unchanged.

I’ve been scratching my head over this problem. I adopt the Marketing page section to create a 4-item call-for-action in http://stage2.mlf.org/page-section/mainprograms/ . Each item uses the short code [three_col] nested inside [twelve_col]
Everything displays correctly on laptop, iPad. On the iPhones, when the screen is horizontal, I was expecting to see 2-items per row:
Row1: item1 + item2 Row2: item3 + item4
or one item per row, but what I see was:
Row1: item1 + item2 Row2: blank + item3 Row3: item4
What should I do to make item3 appear at the right place? Could you please help?

I pasted this into Appearance->Theme Options->CSS Custom but the 3rd item on the programs list still stubbornly shows up on the right hand side instead of the left on iPhone (horizontal view).
I also tried to harcode the nth child to 3, ie #post-6144 .twelvecol .threecol.zero-margin:nth-child(3) { clear: left; } but that didn’t work either

Can I know which iPhone are you using to view the page? On my iPhone 5, iOS 7 it looks perfectly aligned now in landscape and portrait mode. I checked in both Chrome and Safari. Have you refreshed the browser? Of course, if this fails we have one more option of setting a fixed height on these items so that one item does not affect the layout of another and everything aligns right. Pls check once and get back to me if you still see trouble. Thanks

Somehow the doesn’t work quite right on iPhone and iPad. The wordings in the ticker either got cut off or not displayed at all. How can I make the tickerwork for devices with smaller screen widths?
Ex: On stage2.mlf.org/genesis-gardens, the ticker code is as follows: Cultivating Community Through Sustainable AgricultureThe 3rd line “Sustainable Agriculture” just disappears on iPhone and iPad. Is there a size limit on the ticker wording?

There is no size limit as such. We need to set the font size to make it fit within device size. Can you try the following Custom CSS and see if it makes it any better? Pls adjust the font size and max-width value to make the text fit within the screen.

I found a workaround, following the example in the Showcase demo. I keep the long wordings in the “slogan” part and keep the ticker highlight part short. The “slogan” element does resize well to different devices. It worked!
