I was wondering whether you’re planning to add an installer (so we could have a template site looking and working like on the demo)? If not, would be possible to get a export of the demo? Obviously without the images. It’d be really handy to import all content and edit rather than do the whole thing from scratch.

Bumped into something weird…. When I set the default page setup to have 2 columns with the sidebar to the right, and I set my page I create to Default Template, it somehow doesn’t show the sidebar on the right..

Do you have the latest version of the theme loaded? We had a small change which caused sidebar issues in 1.6 but was fixed in the next version of the theme. Thanks

Thanks for you interest. WooCoomerce uses cookies to track cart items and when you have the frame on the top open , it can lead to wierd behavior when visiting multiple sites since the URL on the top does not change. Pls navigate directly to http://portfoliotheme.org/agile, clear the cart and check if you can reproduce the bug. We have not been able to reproduce the bug nor have anyone reporting it till day. Hi, interested in buying, however, there seems to be a bug in your Woocommerce shop.
When I visit a product page, e.g. http://portfoliotheme.org/agile/product/happy-ninja/ , the shop automatically adds an item into the cart, without me clicking on ADD TO CART.

Thanks for your purchase! The theme should be compatible with BuddyPress, although some elements of it may need custom styling to make the look/function to be consistent with that of the theme itself.
I’m testing the contact form and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve added my e-mail to the ’’to:’’ field in Wordpress. I then went on the front end of the website to test the contact form by filling it and sending, but I never got a notice in my inbox about having received a message from the website. Please help

This is a beautiful theme, well done on the design. I’m busy setting this up and it needs to be up in a few hours, I’ve encountered a problem with the Home Page, it is completely blank. Please can you email me the content for it and I’ll just slot it in – in code view. I don’t want to do another import because it looks like it duplicates the menu items every time you import.

The dropdown menu is different from the demo site. I have the dropdown menu always show up on the right hand side which cut off by browser window, it doesn’t change to left hand side to fit smaller resolutions. Please advise how to fix it. Thank you!

If you deactivate WooCommerce, the cart icon should get removed automatically. It should not show up if WooCommerce is deactivated.

I’ve been following your YouTube video of how to set up this theme, which has been excellent up to the point where it tells me to import the slider agile-video-export.zip. This file isn’t contained in the theme folder that I purchased. Can you tell me where I find it?

The agile-video-export.zip was removed since Revolution Slider had issues with video sliders (performance is slow and controls show up even if you disable them in the options). Hence we created our own shortcodes for this. Pls have a look at page sections with name starting with video or youtube video. You can still find a sample rev slider video export file provided by Themepunch in the revolution slider instructions folder of the theme bundle.

Pls use the following Custom CSS in theme options to resolve this issue.

It is probably resolved in the latest version – will double check anyway and ensure it is taken care of.

If you have not made any changes to the core code, you can just replace the existing theme files. You can even delete the theme and reupload it. The theme options will not be affected by updating the theme. Thanks

Thanks for your interest. Just like the iPhone Slider, we have a shortcode included for iPad Slider. The slider will behave the same way as the iPhone Slider but will require more space due to larger size of tablets.

One other question: I see this theme has some flexibility in the Home Page layout, so can I not use the Main Slider and instead use Blog posts with the Slider short-codes?
@mdriess – I agree completely. I would reply to your comment directly, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. I have been reviewing many themes and I certainly agree – the responses here have been far and above better than any other. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I am leaning toward this theme. Even though the other top theme has many more purchases and features I’d like (like QR Code), the comments/responses are not so great. It makes a difference.
NightSkyDev – We do have sliders for Android Smartphones like Samsung S4 and HTC One. If you need one for tablets, you may need to modify the iPad slider a bit (just use a different image and slightly tweak the CSS to make the images fit within the tablet image).
For home page layout, you can disable the main slider entirely and instead of use any other content including static HTML content of your own. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your interest. At present, it is not possible with current theme options. The way I handle this in iOS is to touch the top bar of the browser to navigate to the top and then use the navigation menu.

nice theme. Is there a support for opt-in forms, especially within the blog section? Furthermore, is it possible to adjust a height of the menu bar? During scrolling down it looks fine but at the top it’s too high and looks quite disruptive.

Thanks for your interest. You will need to install a plugin of your own for opt-in forms. Height of the header should be adjustable with minor custom CSS that can be input into the theme options panel. Hope this helps.

Agile has few more features on top what Appdev has to offer. Given a choice, I would go for Agile over Appdev. Hope this helps.
Hi there, I’ve visited your support site but I don’t see how to Post a question there.
I only have one very important question:
I have created a “Home” single page and have added my “Page-Sections” as well as ordered them by number.
But I can’t get the menu to function as scrolling to the sections and not redirecting to a page. Also, when I scroll down my “Home Single-Page” the menu does not follow with the orange underline.
I have watched your videos over and over and re-read the documentation several times. If I could just figure this issue out I would Totally Understand your Theme Layout!
What I did was go to each page-section and copy the link and then go to Appearance> Menu and create a link with the page section URL…But, of course this isn’t working.

The page sections are not to supposed to be public. They become public only as part of a single page webpage and hence we do not link to them directly. To help scroll to the sections, you need to set the menu links to something like http://toddsworldwebsites.com/#clients, http://toddsworldwebsites.com/#work-2, http://toddsworldwebsites.com/#video-intro etc. where clients, work-2 and video-intro are all values of slugs you assign to the page sections. You can check the demo site at portfoliotheme.org/agile and the links in the menu to see how this works. The step 4 of the installation section of documentation also explains this process.

Ok, I followed your advice and have a hashtag (#) in front of my menu page-sections. Now the menu underline (in orange) follows the menu selections as I scroll down the page, But if I choose a menu selection the page reloads on that section….it doesn’t smoothly scroll to the section on the page fluidly.
I must be doing 1 more thing wrong, can you help me with this?

You just need to change the URLs from the current prefix of http://toddsworldwebsites.com/home/#services to http://toddsworldwebsites.com/#services. There is an unwanted /home prefix attached to the URLs which is perhaps the issue. Pls check.

On my Portfolio Section I can’t make it display more than 6 projects and the “More” button doesn’t work, it just reloads the website. Can I show ALL of my portfolios within the website, without a “More” button?
