Looks like there could be a script error or may be you disabled the same in theme options by checking the option “Disable Hover and Lightbox on Portfolio” under Portfolio tab in theme options. The message portal all of a sudden is not working. Several attempts to reply to last support message have failed. I provided log-in in a private message and submitted, but the message will not post.

Not sure why you are facing the issue with private replies. May be you should just open another thread and retry. At times, replies can get lost when there is malformed HTML present in the forum post.

Farren – looks like someone activated the Super Cache plugin on this website and did not deactivate normally or deleted it via backdoor means. This made the old version of the home page being served from the orphaned cache (.htaccess file was modified by Super Cache but should have been deleted or changed when the plugin was deactivated). Things look fine now after I reactivated the plugin.

Looks like a plugin named UT Shortcodes activated on the site is causing a script error which is making none of the theme scripts to be run. Pls deactivate this plugin and retry.

You will need to change framework/functions/gallery-functions.php file at line number 13 to -

 $query_args = array('post_type' => 'gallery_item', 'posts_per_page' => $args['posts_per_page'], 'filterable' => $args['filterable'], 
            'paged' => $paged, 'order' => 'ASC', 'orderby'=>'menu_order');

and then use post type order plugin to reorder the entries. Hope I understood your query right.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just wanted to check with you a few things -

1) Have you got the sample data loaded? I would strongly recommend you start from the sample data and make changes from there , at least initially when you are new to the theme.

2) Regarding thumbnail generation, I will need to take a look at the issue closely. Can you pls email me a temp login via my profile page contact form – http://themeforest.net/user/LiveMesh#contact? Have you tried changing Thumbnail Generation Method in general tab of theme options and see if that made any difference?

3) The button shortcode issue seems more like a data issue. There is probably a formatting issue there which is making WordPress to not treat the data as a shortcode. If you email me the temp login we can take a look.

4) The theme does not honor the padding, margins and borders on the Visual composer rows and columns since it can cause issues when building a responsive site. We hope to enable it in future. For now, you will need to set custom CSS in theme options to set custom padding, border for sections.

Thanks for your interest. You will need to make some code changes to the theme itself to achieve this. I suggest you hire a professional developer for this if you plan to purchase the theme.

Also, how do I edit the Copyright credits in the footer. This option does not appear in the Footer section of the Theme Options panel

To hide the shopping cart you can use the below custom CSS in themeoptions -

That seems like a real high number for loading site. You have demo site with which you can compare performance. Our demo site takes about 2-3 seconds to load first time you visit the home page and then about 1 sec or less when you visit other pages.

Also, the support forum has a number of links provided by various users which should let you browse through others’ sites and see how they are performing.

Pls enable caching (WP Super Cache plugin) and disable all plugins once and see if things improve. Pls let us know if you need further help.

You can configure it either way via custom CSS. It just depends on your requirement.

The theme comes options to set heading font, body font and heading font spacing. You can choose from 500+ google fonts. Rest of the settings is possible only through custom css. Thanks for your interest.

OK, trying to recap:

1. Sale prices are placed under full prices, instead of on the right from them, as it was originally. This affects the whole catalog design. Also the font is different. Indeed, CSS must have been hanged. 2. We had the shipment calculator rolled out by default by adding a custom CSS that you provided. With the new WooCommerce, the calculator disappeared altogether. 3. Next and previous buttons on portfolio pages indeed work OK, sorry about that, it was a mistake on my side.

I am still not clear on the shipment calculator. Can you pls contact woocommerce support on this? Since this is a major update in terms of UX, others should be facing similar issues and hope they have an answer for some of these issues.
