as set currently. There is no element with the id 2 in the product page and hence they do not respond.

Here I am assuming you are asking me if you can navigate to the home page from the product page. Pls clarify if you are trying to accomplish something else.

Will think over it… We allow custom menu on pages mainly to enable internal navigation when we have multiple single pages, hence allowing individual “one page” style pages to have their own internal links.

Can you disable all the plugins except Visual Composer and check if that helps? You probably have some type of script error on your frontend which is causing this. Thanks for your continued interest. My guess – it is possible to use it for newsletter although I do not have too much experience developing/designing a newsletter template and hence cannot be sure about the amount of customization involved there.

So i really like this theme. I have another client that needs to showcase an app and your app showcase demo would be perfect. Im going to go ahead and purchase this myself but I need some feedback .first. Contact form 7 is the only contact plugin I use so it would be pointless in doing so if I cant control the form layout.

Sorry for the delay. This took some time to reply since I could not check the dashboard during weekend. You can just override the same with the following CSS -

When we did this, we did not realize that not everyone would be fine with this type of layout. The actual CSS is located at line number 600 onwards in style.css.

I always recommend using backend editor since the frontend editor can cause conflicts when you have multiple plugins loaded with their custom JS. Anyway, can you pls send me a temp login via my profile page http://themeforest.net/user/LiveMesh#contact so that I can take a quick look?

The way I update is to replace all files. No matter what method you use (there are plugins too like this – http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ to update easily), you will need to backup your changes and redo any changes you made to the files on the new installation.

Use tools like DiffMerge or WinMerge to compare the old and new files and redo the changes. You will spend probably an hour doing this but not more, specially if you have made changes only to a few select files. The settings data will stay and hence Custom CSS entered into theme options should be fine. It’s always a good idea to have a backup though. Hope this helps.

Best way to protect yourself from theme updates is to always make changes in the child theme. The theme is mostly child theme friendly and hence when you have time, you can probably go through the changes you have made to the core theme files and try to move them to child theme so that the core files are not affected and upgrades are smoother.

Thanks to LiveMesh for your help over 10 emails back and forth. We figured out the issue and the solution was to completely reinstall WP on the database which erased all previous content and themes installed. We then reinstalled the Agile theme which took care of most of the issues. We also followed your instructional step-by-step video which was a big help. This might not be the best solution if you’re using this Theme to redesign an existing site with content on it that you’d like to keep but that wasn’t our case since it was still a work-in-progress to begin with. Hope this helps some of you out there

The mb.YTPlayer doesn’t work on any mobile devices (iOs, Android, Windows, etc.) due to restrictions applied by the vendors on media controls via javascript. Adding a background image to the body as mobile devices fallback is a good practice and it will also prevent unwanted white flickering on desktop browsers when the video is buffering. The theme does display a placeholder image in mobile devices.
