For example let us say you have a host related issue a misconfiguration in your theme or other factors in all these cases, WordPress Dashboard login credentials is a needed step. This is a standard and natural requirement across support teams. Because your login credentials are private and cannot be shared, we require support requests are made through our support system.

Sorry if this cause any inconvenience but in the end this is the best for both customer and our support staff. Regarding your issue, here is how you can hide the top bar and add a bit of space between the bar and the page heading. Login in your WordPress Dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Custom Code Integration > Custom CSS and paste this snippet of code:

At this currrent version we don’t offer support for Visual Composer, the theme comes packaged with a lightweight and easy to use page builder specific for Artcore needs.

Our Page Builder is the most lightweight and fast you could find. It really streamlines the workflow while keeps the theme lightweight and with fast loading. You will see by yourself how easy is to work with it once you get used to. Here is a tip: First create every Page you will need in the Page Builder, after that create your pages in the Page menu and add your created templates clicking the button Add Template and choosing one template from the list. In our opinion and tests it is faster than creating with all other page builders around.

All the Page Builder blocks are responsive in the front end Since you usually create your pages once, not many sections of WordPress is responsive in the back end. Have a nice day.
