I have received an email from Avada Support (support [at] avada [dot] com) saying that my purchase code is locked. I try my best to keep my purchase code secure. I presently have 2 licenses, against which I am running 2 live websites , i have sent the list back to the support ID. They are claiming I am running the code on 66 websites, which is not true. The list generated is not mine, and I have only 2 live websites. Yes, I do try the demos locally on staging websites with the appropriate staging domain names, to update my websites, so I hope this error is temporary and will be resolved at the earliest. My licenses are very old, going back to 2013 I believe and I absolutely love the evolution of avada over time.

Hi there, I know I should renew my support account but I think it’s a bug and not just a support question. I installed the Avada Bike website. And when I am on the cart page, in the Shipping Area, the list of the countries and the list of the states appear behind the Zip Code and City INPUT fields. Can you check and tell me what to do? Hello, I bought a license in 2017, and now I can’t register on the avada.com website with it because i receive this error: There was an error when attempting to register your account. The purchase code provided is not in the correct format.
I have an old website and I want to delete it, but before that I want to deregister the avada license so I can use it on the new website.

The license is valid for lifetime for a single domain so you should be able to use it without any issues, however if that is not the case kindly try resetting it following the instructions here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-manage-your-licenses-on-my-avada/

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited.
Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

After fresh install of WP, everything works, after install Avada theme everything works, after I activate with key, my page is down, I recive critical error: WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Avada Builder.

Hi, pre-purchase question: I want to make a forum site and I see that Avada has a pre-built template “Forum Website” but it says “bbPress, Education” underneath that….Does that mean I have to use bbPress plugin with the Avada Forum Website Template? I am a user of Avada for several years. Recently I got an update that includes Cloudflare’s Turnstile feature. I appreciate any security improvement, but why force me to use a feature without a clear option to disable it? Documentation does not show any possible way to disable it.

Hi, thank you for replying.
I do not use CF turnstile, therefore those fields are empty. Yet I got this message when trying to use a simple form for email subscription: “The Turnstile challenge could not be completed. The token verification failed.” Maybe is a error of the new version of Avada.

The license key is never stealable by your website as it doesn’t exist there in its complete form, it is only available inside your ENVATO account, however in any case you can contact our support and get the purchase code reset.

Your last update broke my website on mobile. I deactivated CloudFlare and WP Rocket and still having issues because of this i think:
- IMPROVEMENT: Adjusted the inline dynamic data parser to automatically ignore content in inline <script> and <style> tags injected by plugins
Topbar is pushed down covering text and leaving white space on top of it, menu not opening anymore, WhatsApp and ToTop buttons stuck on footer instead of floating.
Is it possible to rollback? Right now i’m quite pissed off and i don’t want to deal with this problem that will cost not only time but money to fix.

We purchased this theme a couple of years ago, but the consultant who created our online shop didn’t import any theme, layout, or template. Most of our static (10) and product pages (700) are made using basic CSS. Our website design doesn’t look good or modern. We prefer not to change to another theme. Can we import a full theme at this stage? What will happen to our pages (700+)? Should we clone/backup the pages before running the import? Your advice and guidance are highly appreciated

You can surely do that anytime, however importing any prebuilt comes with its own content and global options and we surely don’t recommend you to do that on an already created website, this will indeed change the layout for you.
I will recommend using a staging site instead to implement a new design if you want tho, this way you will be able to setup your new design without disturbing the live site.

If you are using the blog element then the size will depend on the source image. You can use a postcard element where the postcard can have an image element with a specific aspect ratio defined to make the images appear equal height

Are Self Hosted Video slides supposed to enable video slides to display on mobile as well? I seem to only be able to get the preview image to show on mobile & not videos… on card nor Avada slider.

Self hosted videos do not work in mobile mode in the Avada slider. We do have a noted added for that in the slide area. This will fallback to the preview image

The homepage is broken right after updating from the previous to the last version.
Do you know what to do, when the mobile homepage lost all its graphiccs, due to updating the theme ?
