But now when I load the page, I can’t see the header image.
I’ve set Disable Breadcrumbs / Title Area to ‘Do not disable area’, I’ve selected images for the ‘Title & Breadcrumbs Background’, and ‘Disable Header’ is set to ‘Default’.
What am I doing wrong?

Let’s check a few things. Can you disable all 3rd party plugins? After that, go to Appearance > Theme Options > Title & Breadcrumbs > Disable Breadcrumbs Title Area. Set it to “YES” and save it. After it’s saved, refresh the Theme Options. Then go to same options again. But this time, set it to “NO”.

Understood, but what if you want to hide an element, a column title for example. You have that option on desktop but not on mobile.

I’m referring to the navigation label, where there are 3 options, show, hide, or heading. If you choose to hide the label, the relevant menu level will still exist on the mobile menu.
To be more specific. Let’s say you create a mega menu with 2 columns. The mega menu structure would be: Main menu item / column 1 (hidden element) / submenu item. On desktop, you will get the main menu item and the submenu item underneath. But on mobile, you will get the main menu item (1st level), the hidden column 1 (2nd level), and the subitem (3rd level).

Yes, that is the exact behavior it should have. Because, when you use that structure, you actually built 3 levels deep menus. And you categorize them under each other. In other words, you can’t combine 3rd level menus into 2nd level. So a structure like this;
“MENU LEVEL 1”
-“MENU LEVEL 2(Hidden)”
——“MENU LEVEL 3”
-“ANOTHER MENU LEVEL 2(Hidden)”
——“ANOTHER MENU LEVEL 3”
will not turn into this on mobile;
“MENU LEVEL 1”
——“MENU LEVEL 3”
——“ANOTHER MENU LEVEL 3”

Hi, love the theme, but there seems to be a problem with the burger menu icon when viewing the website on a mobile device (iPhone 12). When viewing the site in portrait, the menu icon is hidden, it appears when the device is rotated to a landscape orientation, but that’s not ideal. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme We have checked your website and it seems like the menu is actually there. However, the menu burger icon is black just as your header color. Which makes it looking invisible You can use an easy CSS rule to change it’s color as follows;

Hi, thanks, that worked. One other issue it the bullets or numbers in text lists don’t change colour when the font colour is changed. Couldn’t see an option to change this in the Theme Options either.

Hello, I have designed all my pages using the Rock Page Builder and I recently updated to the most recent version of the theme and WordPress. Now, I cannot get the Rock Page Builder to show up so I can edit the pages with the drag and drop interface. How do I turn this back on after updating?
I have already tried to uninstall/reinstall RPB.

When you update the Azoom Theme, you should see a notice asking you to required plugins. If this notice didn’t show up, can you try these steps;
- If you are using child theme, make sure main Azoom Theme is active - Go to “Appearance > Install Plugins” and check if you see any plugin update/installation there.

I have all required plugins installed and up-to-date. The only one I don’t have installed is the recommended MailChimp for Wordpress Lite, which should not affect the RPB.

Hi. We had Azoom 3.3 installed on our site when we recently discovered a hidden article tag on all our pages. Inside the article tag were links in Turkish to various sites (one was sex4.tv). I inspected the site quite a bit and couldn’t find the text in any code or the database. Then, I updated to Azoom version 3.6 and the hidden tag has disappeared. Can you give any insights into any of this?

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme We have zero tolerance againts any kind of abusion. Our themes and plugins have been secured and controlled before uploading to ThemeForest network.
This could be caused of 3rd party plugins or server security vulnerability of your old WordPress version. Once hacker get into the server, they add some codes or modify some files. It seems like the attacker was added a code to your themes directory.
If you are using comments, you should make sure you are using a security plugin to validate comments are coming from human, not bots. Comments area is used by hackers to inject some codes.
However, even though your site seems to be clean now, I would advise an entire site security check. Make sure you update all of your passwords. Including hosting and FTP passwords. Because if your password has been obtained by an attacker, your username/password combination can be spread in password lists of hackers. Thus, you must change all of your passwords to avoid any further attack. At last but not least, you should always keep your themes/plugins/WordPress updated.

Hello, I’ve bought this theme long time ago, and everything worked well until one version of wordpress, and after that I am not able to save any changes in theme options. I am aware that my support has expired, and that it’s the older version of the theme (I made whole bunch of changes so don’t know what will happen if I rewrite with the new files :)), but please, can you just point me to the files that you made changes in order to be able to save theme options again? If it’s one or two files, I will replace them with the new ones from the actual theme version.

We do not track file changes on updates. Because mostly, a lot of files are getting changed. So it is best to use updated theme directly instead of tracking modified files.
If you are using versions belows 3.0, you should update it via FTP as it’s a major update. Other than that, updating is very easy. You just use “Envato Market” plugin to update the theme with one click.

I have v3.4. In Theme Options, Color Settings, whatever Main Color I choose, the menu item highlight color stays stuck at the default green. This theme did not have this problem before.

Did you try “Appearance > Theme Options > Menu Settings > Menu First Level Hover Background Color” ?
I think that is the color you are wanting to change.

Hi Xander, I hope you are doing well. I have installed the demo but the same lagging is happening on my local setup. Plus, I cannot find any “Remove Frame” button so I am feeling that I need some help.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme I assume your local installation is having this “lag” because of using smooth scroll feature. You can disable this feature in Theme Options May I also learn your browser and system details?
On the other hand, I couldn’t understand what do you refer as “Remove Frame”. What kind of frame do you have? A screenshot would be useful

I have one more query about header location. Under theme options >> Header Settings >> Header Location. We have two options e.g. show at top or show at left side. And we can choose only one of them. Could this be possible to use both? Let say for a set of pages I want header in the left, and for other pages I want it at the top.

Hello! I’ve been using your theme for years and love it! I’m trying to integrate my calendly.com calendar to a section of your site. They provide html code to embed. When I use the external code element and try to add to my site nothing shows up in the front end. Is this supported? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
A small update. It works if I DON’T use Rock Page Builder, but I really need the builder for that page. Is there some special code that needs to be added?

We haven’t used that calender. As I understand it gives HTML code. You can not use direct HTML in Rock Page Builder due to security reasons. What you can do is, turn that code into a shortcode. Then use that shortcode. Shortcode must “return” the HTML. So it shouldn’t echo HTML directly.

Thanks for your reply, our mobile menu is the same as presented in the demo, but we are looking to see if the menu can be configured to expand the child items DOWNWARDS instead of the child items replaces the whole screen like the current one does

We are using very advanced systems to turn our mobile menu into this app-like design. Changing the design into drop-down may break a lot of fields. Thus we don’t use hybrid feature for the mobile menu.

I have another question: How can we make the mobile menu show child elements when tapping on the text link? Currently, it will only show the child elements when you tap the arrow. Tapping on the text link will do nothing.

Sub menus can not be activated via link itself directly due to variety of inputs. For example, if text would enable sub menus, text can not have the link. Otherwise, one can click on text and opened sub menu won’t be useful as the link will direct the page. As you know, mobile devices are using touch as their input. Thus, they don’t have “hover” state. Which leads usage of arrows (or any other UI element) for submenu interaction.
