hope you are right.

I was trying to register at azoom theme support but I couldn’t, even that I have a valid purchase code.

Basically, at first I put the purchase code and you verify it but when I put the email address it appears purchase code not valid.

Please, could you suggest me how to do it?

A client has asked if we can remove the search function from the header. Is this possible?

Yes, you can do that easily, go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Menu Settings” and disable “Add Search Box To Menu” by setting it to “NO”.

Hello, i’ve heard that chrome change some settings and the background videos stop reproducing. I’ve just updated everything and it still doesn’t work. Can you help me? This is the site: http://oficina.lacapsulamoda.com/ There’s a video on home page, you’ll see it in fifrefox, not in chrome.

Hello,

I was adding a few new pages and making some content updates, when I finished and pushed the changes live the theme seems to have reverted back to its original color and font settings but the custom settings I created are still showing on the back-end in the theme options. How can I resolve this?

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme :) Did you update the theme to the latest version before making changes on your site? I assume you have already updated the WordPress to the latest. The thing is, latest version of WordPress contains some major changes on the colors. If your issue is related with the colors, what you want to do is to update the theme then update the WordPress. Then you should be able to save your colors normally :)

Hello,

I’m trying to add the new map (leaflet) it still asks me for the google api key, do i need to add this? Without adding it the maps is all grey.

I was now able to the api key, before was sending me again to the google api area.

In the test site i was able to add the leaflet, the element stays Leaflet Map, but when adding in the main website the element stays in small caps like leafletmap and i cant open it. i’m guessing sometimes works and other do not :/

No, it should work all the time :) There could be something wrong with the caching. Make sure you clear your browser cache. And also, check if you have any kind of caching on the WordPress side. If so, try to flush all of those caches as well :)

hi just been test your demo online we have problem regarding the view shopping cart button on the menu, the link for the button is link to check out page not cart page, it happens when it has item in the cart.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme :) I think that is related to using the old version of the theme but the latest version of the WordPress. You should also update the theme to the latest version. That will let you save colors as normally :)

Trust this meets you well. I’ve been working with the Rock Page Builder. Trying to customize the demo to personal requirements. On the Home demo page (backend) when I create a new grid (plus text element) and I place this on top of the existing stack… it remains numbered as last grid and of course displays on the lower section of the page when viewed in the front end.

How do I resolve this?

Still on the forms, I’m creating a Job Application Form. I’m trying to add a database of schools to select from. I also want users to also be able to enter schools that not on the “existing” database.

Please, how do I proceed with this?

The easiest way for this, would be to add an extra text field in the form by naming it “Other”. For example, users can select your choices from your form, but if they want to add something else, they will not select anything in the form but enter the details in the text field.

I have followed the installation videos meticulously but I didn’t get the intended results.

I saw your question was sent to general in our Support Forum and got a reply 2 days ago :) Now let’s get to this new question :)

To delete the old menu, go to “Appearance > Menus”. Then select the menu (mostly named as “Main Navigation”). After that, you can either delete each menu item one by one or you can delete the entire menu. If you delete entire menu, you should re-install the demo.

Are you using any 3rd party plugins? If so, try to disable them and try again.

Another thing could be server issue. You should contact to your hosting and ask them to enable the usage of “admin-ajax.php” file.

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme :) WordPress uses 40Mb by default. However, most hostings give 128Mb PHP Memory limit. And you can increase your WordPress Memory limit upto your PHP Memory limit. You may want to contact to your hosting to ask more details about your PHP Memory Limit. WordPress plugins such as WooCommerce will require higher Memory Limit. Because memory will be used in different plugins.

Hello!

I was wondering if you could tell me how I remove featured images from appearing on blog posts.

Unfortunately I need to have the featured image used as it’s part of other sections of the site, but need it disabled on the actual post itself.

yesterday i purchased Azoom, with 12 months support , but the support for Azoom not functioning well, i could not register because i am not receiving any mails from you to set password, there is no other mode to communicate also.
