Hi I updateed to the new version of the them but lost all the galleys that the themes come with how do I get them back to work so that we can show our work that we have done in the past? Please help

Our latest update does not contain any changes regarding to galleries or posts. Can you disable all 3rd party plugins and try again? Also may I learn what was your Azoom version before the update?

That seems weird. We haven’t seen any error like this before.Maybe some plugins are outdated on your site. Can you try to update all plugins? Also can you try to disable all 3rd party plugins?
We don’t provide old versions. Because old versions will not run with the latest version of the WordPress. If there is an issue related to our theme, we would be glad to fix it

And also I saved settings in theme options and my site is now broken, menu doesnt have cool mousover effect, all links are now default blue. Any option how to save theme options without site goes broken?

When I check the URL’s of the logos, there is a logo URL which belongs to another domain. Can you double check your logos? And make sure they are uploaded to your main domain?

Hey I never used the blog part of this theme. I finally want to use blog post but the rock page builder, although it works, the changes never show up when you use the rock page builder in a blog post. It only works when you use it as a regular wordpress to write the post. I like the Rock Page Builder to design the post because it gives me more options to make the page pop and look better. Can you advise? How the rock page builder can display my changes I create to show up on the post?

RPB (Rock Page Builder) should work on Posts. However, since post is special type, it has it’s own style. For example, a post should and will have it’s date area at the left side. But RPB will still work inside the post content area. If it doesn’t work, can you give us a URL to that post? We could be more helpful this way.

Thanks for contacting us It seems like the issue is with your SSL configuration. Your media URL’s are not set to use SSL as it should. When you use SSL, you should make sure all of your media files use the same SSL protocol (https). Your logo is using non SSL url (http). That’s the reason you are not able to see your logo.

When I set a normal image to (masonry 1440×400) to match the width my Main Layout Grid width, there is always a constraint in the image width that doesn’t fill the entire space. I’m stumped.
Never mind I figured it out but how would one change the color of Woocommerce filter by price bar, filter button and background of mini price tags on recently viewed products. Ive searched all over the theme for this option.
Never mind I customized CSS to get what I need but I am still curious.

To customize WooCommerce elements in more details, you should use some easy CSS. We advise adding your CSS into “Appearance > General Settings > Your Extra CSS Code” field. This will store your style even after theme updates.

Hey, I also have a little problem with the footer bottom section.
I would like to put some widget inside this one, but I can’t see any widgets and the bottom is empty.
I’ve found out, it is empty if I choosed 12 columns. If I choose 6 columns and put some widgets inside, I have 2 columns where the left side is empty and on the right column I can find all the widgets among each other.

We got Footer Bottom and Footer Large areas. And we are using 12 columns system. Which means, if you select 4 columns, you will have 3 blocks to add widgets init

Hm, I’m a little confused. I have a large footer with 4 columns (3 with widgets inside). Inside html inspector I can see the footer bottom section is the one where the copyrights are placed. So I thought I can put some widgets inside them, too.
I only want some links before the copyrights begins. The only solution atm I have was I’ve put the links inside the copyright settings. I only was able to put a br between the links and the copyright, p tags won’t be saved. At the end I used some CSS for the selected links to give them enough space between links and copyright 
Do you have a better solution? I’m still waiting for my registration e-mail to get access to your forum.

Footer bottom area is made for copyright and horizontal menu. If you want some more content, I would strongly advise you to use Footer Large area. Due to responsivity and design, it should be inside the bigger area.
I’ve also completed your forum registration. It seems like email has been sent to you was failed for some reason. Sometimes this happens due to email servers filters.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme WooCommerce can disable items which are out of stock You can do that by going to “WooCommerce > Settings” then click on “Product” tab. Inside that click on “Inventory”. There you’ll find “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” feature. This way, items without stock will not be visible to your visitors

I would like to still show my customers that we carry the product, so I don’t want to hide the out of stock items.
I was hoping there was an image or some text with some CSS styling that would display on the item in the shop view signifying that the product is currently out of stock. Is there any functionality like that?

I have one other question. On desktop, the cart button/link in the header takes users to /cart. On mobile, the same button takes users to /checkout. Where would I be able to swap that so it goes to the cart. My customers are frustrated that they can’t edit cart quantities prior to checkout.

Is there a way I can set a video background in the curvy slider to auto-play the first time it is viewed? Right now, I can only get it to play the 2nd time through the slideset. The first time that slide is viewed, it is a still thumbnail image.
