Azoom Theme 3.0 is a major update. It must be updated via FTP. Your update may fail if you try it via WordPress Admin Dashboard.
It will also bring a new theme updating system. Which is easier and better

I did the FTP update. Still I dont see an Update theme button, the save problem is still there. I signed up on your forum via the API permission on envato but I never got the password to log in to the support area. Do I have to pay first then will i get the password?

If you updated the theme via FTP, you should see a notification asking you to install required plugins. Install and activate theme. One of those plugins is Envato Market plugin. You can use that plugin to be aware of any theme update. And update your theme easily 
I can see your registration on our Support Forum. It seems like the confirmation email has been sent to you. But your email server might seen it as spam and delete it automatically. If you can email us, we can help you about that

You can disable that area entirely
Go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Title & Breadcrumbs” and set “Disable Breadcrumbs Title Area” to YES.

I’ve updated my customer’s Azoom theme to the latest and Rock Form Builder is Pre-Packed. In Appearance -> Installed plugins, Rock Form Builder informs that installed version is 2.5.1 and minimum required version is 2.7.
However when I click Update, there’s notification “The plugin is at the latest version.”
Is there easy way of getting the update through?
WP is version 5.1.1 and Azoom theme is version 2.5.

Hi,
I got the issue solved by:
1. Disable Rock Form Builder plugin 2. Delete it (there was no option to re-activate it and updating didn’t work in deactivated mode either) 3. Re-install the plugin.
I think no forms were really built with that plugin as there’s another form plugin in use. All configurations in the plugin seemed same after the operation, so I don’t think any “real” data was removed with this operation.
I didn’t find any information about this issue with Google, so maybe somebody can find these comments and fix their issue.

Hi,
I updated the theme with Username and API-Key that the customer provided. The original WordPress installation was 4.2.21 and Azoom version was 1.6.
If you are accusing me of downloading the theme from somewhere else than the official source, I didn’t.
It’s great, that you don’t have any issues!

No, we are not accusing you with anything
But users have to confirm their Purchase according to Envato Rules. After we asked you to confirm your purchase, you or your customer didn’t provide any license details to us (via email or our support system).
We have to make this license warning, because items downloaded from different sites contain viruses and malwares. Which mostly cause damage to the hosting.
If you already got API key and username, then you have the original version.
You already saw our latest version got no issues like that

Yes, you can use your Custom Font. It will not work in Curvy Slider. But it will work on the theme itself.

Hi, love the theme, but the Text Area Element seems to have stopped working. The content shows on the front end, but when the element is clicked when editing the page, the WYSIWYG buttons are missing, and so is the text. It seems the element isn’t loading properly. Any advice?

If so, according to your Purchase Details, you’ve just bought the Azoom Theme a few minutes ago. And we do not know how you were using the Azoom Theme before.
We checked this Text Area and it seems to work fine. But we do not know how you were using Azoom Theme before buying this license. A clean installation would be very useful on this matter.

Hi, yes, it’s the same person. I originally bought the theme about 4 years ago and couldn’t remember the account details for then. I really like the theme, which is why I bought it again, so I could receive your support.
I’ve tried the following:
- Tested on Safari and Chrome on Mac and Firefox on Ubuntu (PC) - Cleared browser cache - Tried creating a test page and adding the Text Area element - Reinstalled the theme - Downgrade wordpress to 3.8 - Upgraded wordpress to 5.0.3
The same problem persists. The box appears, but the WYSIWYG editor and the copy are missing. Clicking between ‘Visual’ and ‘Text’ doesn’t change anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve also tried deactivating all of the plugins in sequence incase there was a conflict.

May I learn what is the exact version of the theme you are using? Our latest version is 2.5 right now. And it supports WordPress 5.1. Also, if there are 3rd party plugins, can you disable them?

Hi there, I have a little question: Is it possible to give a container an equal height?
I’m using your pre-made demo pages to make for example an about us page with a team member section. The problem I have is, that the columns doesnt have the same height if the name or the company/position needs more than one line.
Is there a way to fix that? Would be nice if I can use the fix for other content elements.

You can add this into “Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Your Extra CSS Code” field.

You can increase the words length in Portfolio element itself
Just edit that page and you will find a feature named as “Excerpt Length”. You can select a different number there to increase your description length

It seems like browser caching issue. You should flush your browser cache. If you don’t know how to do that, you can email us for that

Hi, I deleted browser cache but I have the same problem with Rock Page Builder in Wordpress 5.1.1. In Wordpress 4.8.9 is Rock Page Builder ok.

the latest theme version has some style/js conflicts with the Classic Editor (Insert/Edit link) and also the Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin. It only work fine if I disable the Rock Page builder from them settings

I’ve just tried to use the link feature in TinyMCE (Classic Editor) on our dev environment and it seems to work fine. Can you make sure you are using the latest version of Azoom Theme?
AMP is a system focuses content based layouts and not style/design based layouts. That’s why it comes with “Post” enabled only on first installation. You can use AMP with your posts in Azoom Theme. But if you want to build a design with RPB (Rock Page Builder), AMP will ruin it’s design. Because, it’s focus is content not the design. So just as AMP’s official default settings we only advise using it with Posts with standard layout. You should see it’s working with posts with default settings as well 
Also, it seems like your Support Period has expired. You may want to re-new your support. It’s the best way to be able to get support

- Can you make sure your theme version is the latest? Because when I check the code line you’ve given, I couldn’t find the related code.

Parallax effects are disabled on iPhone for performance. I’ve just tested our demo via iPhone X and it is disabled automatically as it should be.
I’m not sure what do you mean by saying “MacBook Screen is More Space”. Can you give more details about it? A screenshot would be useful as well

I encounter the message whenever I try and make a change to a webpage using the Rock Page Builder, and then click the update button.
I can access all webpagess using the Rock Page Builder, I just can’t update the page with the changes.

You can use our Templates. Save your content as a template. Then make the changes you are wanting. If you don’t like the changes you’ve made, you can restore your main data by loading the template
Alternatively, you can use your browser’s tabs. Keep the tab you want have as backup somewhere. Then make your modifications on a different tab. If you don’t like the modifications, simply go back to your backup tab and save the data there.
