Is there any chance that I can get PSD files of the theme.
I think I made a huge mistake purchising your theme without noticing there isn’t PSD files included.

Azoom is an Ultimate WordPress theme. It’s not a PSD template You can do most of the changes in Theme Options or by using Rock Page Builder. So no PSD is required. You can also find included file types at the right sidebar of items in Themeforest.
To install demo pages we have installation guide. That installation guide will show you how to install demo data step by step. We are using our One Click Demo installation system. You can also find our installation video helpful for this as well ;

It is possible to export/load theme options to/from file?

You can get the Theme Options data by exporting it. You can save the data into a file if you want. Then you can use this file and copy the data init to import it. Our exporting system allows you to export/import Theme Options, Rock Form Builder forms, Curvy Slider slide datas, Rock Page Builder Templates.

It’s more up to your content actually. If you have big data, it will take some time to export/import it. Maybe it’s something related to browser. Can you try it with a different browser? For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try to do this with Mozilla Firefox. If that won’t work, can you give me a login to your site so I can check that better?

Hello,
Is anyone there to help me out from the issue i got in Azoom theme. I have set the Azoom theme in my server and made many of the changes as per my requirements related to text and images and default language changes.
Due to some server issue I have taken all my backup of the project from live (Project and Database) to local PC and setup over there but the problem I got is that all the changes I have done directly on live server is not applied when the same project is setup in local. In local it restore with default theme of Azoom.
Can anyone help me where may be the problem or what am I missing?
I have just done the basic process for setting the wordpress from live to local i.e. creating DB in local and importing live db in local and replace the live path to local using find replace query.

Hello, I have a question, I need to create a Slide Gallery, which one do you suggest me to use? I have tried “SWIPER RESPONSIVE SLIDER” but just works for 2 images, and what I need is that it works for 40 images. Do you know which one it could work better for what I need ? Thanks for your nice comment Swiper Slider can handle a lot of images. If you are using it in RPB (Rock Page Builder) there is a button to add more (unlimited) images saying “Add New Image”. When you click on it, it will add a new field for more image. If you are using Swiper Slider in Advanced Details, there is also a button to allow you to add unlimited images saying “Add Extra Featured Image”. This way, you can use Swiper Slider with 40 or more images.
Also, we have included Premium Revolution Slider plugin in Azoom. If you want you can use Revolution Slider’s different sliding methods for adding a lot of images in your slide too

Greetings, I’m considering buying the theme, but I have a doubt about the performance and speed, as the demo is very slow, has a gray screen for a few seconds before. I noticed that mostly happens in Internet Explorer. This does not happen in other browsers or mobile devices. I understood that the template supports Explorer in versions 9, 10 and 11

May I learn what do you mean by saying “gray” screen? Are you using real IE9 or an emulator? Because we have real IE9 for testing and I do not see anything gray.
Also, starting with Jan 12, 2016 Microsoft stopped support for IE9 and IE10.

Hello, purchased the theme a while back and have used the support before. Theme has been awesome! Curious however, when I try to make an image the background of a Special Grid, it appears pixelated when filling up the whole element (even though the image is quite large in size). I assume I’m just missing a step to get it to look not so pixelated. Is there any guide I can refer to for this? Thanks again!

I guess you are using Special Grids. When you edit them, you will see a feature to select image size. Are you using a small image size there? Because if you select a small image size there, it will use that size on the front end. If that won’t work, can you email me your site URL so I can check that out? Hi, thanks! I just downloaded it and installed it. But I think theres a glitch in this update. My logo, I have a large one for the top logo(had before the update), and a sticky one, thats smaller. But It just uses the Sticky logo, and not the large one, when staying on top of the page. Is that a mistake?
OK, just found out thats just Chrome, that uses the small logo all the way. Firefox uses the large and small. Is that something you can correct, because, I have tried to change to the into a different logo, but it just uses the sticky logo, no matter what I do, in Google Chrome. But in Firefox, it uses the large logo, and the sticky on, when scrolling. PLease advice.

OK, I have cleared Cache, and just uploaded the Large logo, and the Sticky logo now. Saved it and loaed the page in both Firefox and Chrome. Now, NO logo is shown at all. Only the Title of my page instead of the logos. So now, even though the logos are uploaded to the site, no logos are shown. It worked before Upgrading the Theme.
So then I uploaded the Retina logo. Now it uses the Retina logo, and create a small logo, even though Its the same size as my Ordinary logo.
So, when just using the ordinary log, is dosent show at all. When also using the retina log, its makes trhe sixe small, I f used the sticky one. So I really think that theres something wrong with the Theme.

Woocommerce and Rock page builder don’t seem to work together properly. When Rock page builder is selected for a woocommerce product, it doesn’t display the add to cart or price details.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme We don’t use nested tab content. But you can use TinyMCE and Media elements there. Adding too many nested contents makes tab really heavy. Thus we only support TinyMCE Text Area and Media elements inside tabs.

What kind of forms can Leadin capture submissions on? Provided your form is a static HTML form, wrapped in a HTML <form> tag and not contained inside an <iframe>, Leadin should be able to capture the submissions.
Some common reasons why Leadin would not be able to capture submissions on forms:
Form not enclosed in <form> tags Form contained inside an <iframe> Form has JavaScript bound to form submit event or submit button click event This is how Leadin captures submissions, and any other events can prevent Leadin from knowing when submissions occur Form was introduced after the page completed loading Leadin scans the page as soon as it loads and listens to submissions on forms that were present at that point

Rock Form Builder sends the email without page refresh. To make it this way, we are using latest Ajax technology. I gusss that is the reason your 3rd party plugin not being able to catch the form data. We focus on ease of use on Rock Form Builder. This gives it a powerful yet easy UI. However, there are a lot of free form plugins if you want a regular email form. You can use any shortcode based form plugin for that

Thanks for your beautiful comment It’s really nice seeing you love Rock Form Builder’s UI. However, as I say Rock Form Builder focuses on ease of use and latest Ajax Technology. It is using Ajax for sending the form data. Unless your plugin catches click events, that plugin can not get the form data. Because Rock Form Builder will not refresh or send the data that way.

Now we have 4 main problems in the theme:
1- Some pages, such as “testimonials”; is showing us triple testimonial areas below each other, like repeated, exactly the same, only one of them is java script moving, the other 2 are not, each time we try to fix it, it gives us a “Debug” alarm.
2- If we ever made two pages either: same content such us “under constructions” the two pages become united, any change in one of them, is happening in the other!
3- During our changing to some forms, such as “testimonials” we’ve lost the main form that came originally with the theme, how can we get back exactly as it was, so we can restart new, please note that the “Revisions: Browse” doesn’t work.
4- We start a new page, click on Open Rock Builder, choose the adds we wish for, save/update, then when it comes to “view page”; it’s empty!

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme Of course you can add a blog page in Aparallax. Just make a new page named as “Blog” (the name doesn’t matter). Then add it to your menu by going to “Appearance > Menus”. After that set it as your blog page in “Settings > Reading”. That’s it!

Can you please just confirm my understanding – is it that for building an open website based on Azoom but with Members Area section present where there would be a fee to get in (10$ / month), I would need to pay 2950$ for a license?

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme Yes, Envato says, if the site visitors need to pay fee to use the site, Extended License is required.
But the system you want is not someting like WooCommerce. If you want to make a payment based member area, you will need to make the required changes for your system. For example you will need to make your system and integration with Azoom for your (10$ / month) member area. Azoom already support WPMU and WooCommerce. And the rest is up to you

Do you know whether I have any other options? I understand the idea behind Extended License for people selling goods or companies running online stores, etc. As you say my plan is different and it isn’t really logical to pay almost 3000$ for what I’m about to implement. I would need to have 300 members on my site just to recover that cost.
