Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme. Azoom built on Rock Page Builder. We do not support other page builders. Because unique features in Azoom uses our Rock Page Builder. You can disable Rock Page Builder but we haven’t used or tested any 3rd party page builders.

OK thank you looks great. If I create a secton/row in rock page builder is it easy enough to duplicate it on other pages without having to recreate again? For example I have a call to action row that I want to appear on each page of my site, can I create once then copy/paste or insert to every page? Also is there only 1 footer as per demo? Can I change layout and color etc? Many thanks hope to buy today..

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme You can use RPB (Rock Page Builder) templates to save/load your layout on different pages. You can also change footer columns in Theme Options. I’ve also replied your questions in our Support Forum We can continue there

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme Do you want to turn a shortcode into RPB (Rock Page Builder) element? We do not have a feature like that. But if you have a shortcode, you can copy/paste your shortcode into RPB’s external code element. Which means, if you built your shortcode already (or using a plugin which works with shortcode), you can add that shortcode into RPB’s external code element.

Thanks. I Think I can make it work… It may take a little hacking… two other quick questions: do you plan to include SnapChat in your icon package and if for some reason I cant get things to do what I want, is there a refund policy?

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme I noted this snapchat icon as a feature request. We try to follow our users feedback and add most demanded features. But we do not have any plans for the snapchat for now. Because we are selling a digital item (not service) we don’t have a refund policy. I know some hostings have refund system but they are not giving any digital product. But they are providing a service. So it’s different.

thank you:) I have uploaded the file to the media library , and selected it from the main slider , then clicked save .but unfortunately the video was not displayed .so I gave up and deleted the video from the media library , but now when I reopen that specific slider from the admin panel the preview section is frozen!!...:( (displays a sign of loading), how to solve this?

ii took me a lot of time to create this slider- a lot of layers , I am trying to avoid creating a new one….perhaps I need to delete something from the mysql database?

When you set an ID for Special Grid, there are different ways to link to that area. You can use our inline navigation. Or you can use buttons directly. If you add a button and add the Special Grid ID as link, it will link to there.

Rock Form Builder uses WordPress emailing system. You may want to contact to your hosting and ask your SMTP details. Then install SMTP plugin with your server details.

As for your question. Canvas is an HTML DOM element came with HTML5. This element gives a javascript based control inside. It can embed texts or images inside. Which means, a text inside a canvas, is not HTML DOM text. It’s inside Canvas. This makes less DOM elements and increases site performance significantly. Less DOM elements always better for browsers.

So when you added an element into Curvy Slider, it will be inside the Canvas. It’s not image. It’s a text inside Canvas.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme As I see you have already added the video placeholder. We use HTML5 placeholder feature to show placeholder. And we have never seen any issue like on your site before. That might be because of server not being able to preload or stream the video. And also could be related to video file as well. Can you email me about the details that way I can be more helpful

You can use different Google Fonts easily We have ready to use button colors. If you want to use one of them, you can select that color while adding that button element. But if you want a custom color, you should select the button colors of the button element. Because you can use different background, you may want different button colors. So if you want one of the ready to use colors, just select it, otherwise set the colors you want to use in the element

I figured how to link Images, yeah there is an option. It just requires to build a new page for Shop with Portfolio which is great. Just a Sample Download Template doesn’t allow links, but if you build shop yourself through portfolio it works. Everything works! You guys are amazing! If you ever going to make updates to it – please add “5 star” ranks as an option because Google now allows 5 star ranks on sites (i tried a plugin that ranks posts and pages with stars but it’s not compatible with this theme) However I would never change my theme, we love your work! Excellent! Please make more themes in a future like this. You guys are excellent. We already gave you 5 star review on here! Great work.

Thanks for your awesome comment Do you mean Google Rich Snippets? Those are using different schemas for different types. For example a WooCommerce product can have stars, but a default article won’t have stars. There are different plugins for adding different schemas. If you mean something different you can email me We always value our users feedback

Nevermind, I had 2 browser windows open at the same time editing 2 different pages. I closed one and was able to delete pages as usual now. Maybe this will help other people in the future.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme That’s a browser feature actually When a website displays those pop-ups a few times, browser asks if you want to disable those pop ups. You can simply close and re-open your browser to handle that
