Hi, I’ve been using this theme for a while now and still love it. However recently I changed the body font to ‘Open Sans’ and it displays properly on my computer, however it doesn’t load the Open Sans font on any other computer or phone. I am also using ‘Lato’ font for header tags, etc. just body font is using ‘Open Sans’
Did I not set something up properly?

That seems weird. Did you also changed the font-family values in the Theme Options? If you did that and still not able to see your font, can you email me your site details so I can check this out for you? You can email me by using “Email XanderRock” field at here ;

Hello there,
When the Rock Builder is live and when I try making changes to the builder elements and try to save, the entire thing hangs and nowhere to go from there.What may be the problem?

That could be related to a 3rd party plugin. Can you try to disable all 3rd party plugins and try again?

Hi, i purchased this theme, and i install also a calendar plugin Stachethemes Event, but when i put che calendar shortcode into “external code” element the calendar is not displayed correctly. If i use another theme, or i disable rock page builder the calendar is displayed correctly. In console i have only this message “SVG’s SMIL animations (<animate>, <set>, etc.) are deprecated and will be removed. Please use CSS animations or Web animations instead.” Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

Just purchased this theme. The Full package seem to be missing the style.css file and WP wouldn t install it The Wodpress only files package is being installed properly

Hii, i changed the server side settings also, out of 4 demos, 3 are installing, but i need discover demo, this is not working. So if this is not possible, i want my money back. Because i was not satisfied with your product so.

All of the demos are using the same system. I guess you are now able to install demos. But you are not able to see the demo you want. Because you are installing demo multiple times. You should clear old demo datas before installing a new demo. I guess you are new on WordPress. But that’s ok. If you can email me, I can guide you on how to delete old demo installation and install the demo you want

when adding a social link and icon to a member team , the social url is probably sanitized,so this is causing problems when the url is in a different language, other than english , Example: , url like this “http://www.smartsoft.silvercode.co.il/default-item/%D7%A4%D7%AA%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%94%D7%96%D7%93%D7%94%D7%95%D7%AA/”.
the builder doesnt allow to insert or to be more accurate display links like this in front . how do I solve this….?
Hi,
The thing is, main URL structure will always use and require English letters. When you want to use a different language letters you will want to use their escaped version. It will look something like this ; %D7%A4….. and so on. If you don’t know how to escape it, I can be helpful about it as well. Because your browser supports your langauge, you may see those letters on your browser. But on a browser without support, it will look like as escaped automatically. Hi I have changed the colour to the main theme from aqua to red however am unable to change the colour of the main navigation.. Can you please tell me where that setting is? T.I.A

There are a lot of color settings in Theme Options. Did you change all of them? There are menu colors in “Theme Options > Menu Settings”, also site main color in “Theme Options > Color Settings”. Did you change all of these and still not able to see your color on menu?

Yes I changed all of them- the whole site is changed except the navigation hover colour- which also has been changed in the back end but doesn’t show up in the front end-

,so I have downloaded the plugin and installed visual composer , but still I cant manage to display the logo slider in front ,in the same page when both the vc builder and the rock builder are open:(
since you know your theme best:) Do you think of a solution that will help me to use this plugin in the website inside rock builder? or am I wasting my time trying?....:(

It could be related to that plugin. We are using RPB for our main elements. I don’t think multiple page builders will work together. Since each of them got different systems.
If that showcase plugin is shortcode based, you can copy/paste it’s shortcode into RPB’s external code element. Then it may work as you want.

another question 2 different Revolution sliders don’t coexist in one page 
, I have placed slider A in the header and slider B in the middle of the page ,at start they both work fine , but after a few minutes ,strange thing happens , the same slider (A) now appear twice in the page , instead of B .why is that and how to fix this?

thank you:) i found the problem – when I choose the rev slider directly from the rock builder , it doesnt work well , but when I place a shortcode for each of the sliders in a text block element it works fine/

That seems weird. I’ve just tried to use Revolution Slider with RPB (Rock Page Builder). I’ve added multiple sliders in the same page. Then I left it open for a while (around 10 minutes). And I didn’t see any issue. There could be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin. Can you try to disable 3rd party plugins?

However, if you made posts for your content, you can use Slider Revolution. We have included it in Azoom as a free Premium Plugin. Just download all theme files and you’ll see Revolution Slider there. It can build a slider out of posts.

When you first install/activate Azoom, it display a notification for installing required plugins. Did you dismiss that notice? That notice should install required plugins for you. If you have dismissed it, you should go to “Appearance > Install Plugins”. You can install Rock Form Builder there.

If you want to grab the class names of the icons, you can do that easily by using our Mega Menu system. Go to “Appearance > Menus”. Click on “Mega Menu” and you’ll see Mega Menu settings. Click on “Choose an Icon” and easily click on the icon to select. It will display it’s class. Copy it and use it wherever you want

I bought this theme a few days ago and have been working on the client’s website since.. I had to login and leave a comment to let you and all the viewers know what a PLEASURE it is to work on this theme..It is so well designed, so easy to design.. The demo pages make it so easy and the fact that you have thought it through – small things like skills, tabs and steps elements save so much time but add so much style!!.. I’ve only worked the website for 4 days and most of it is done because i didn’t have to look for much… And I’m a beginner level in wordpress with no coding knowledge..

Hi , in the testimonials slider , the image is cropped/masked(?) and rounded , so you can barely see it .why is the image not displayed in full size(200X100) ? how can I display a full(small) image ?

hello, I’m having trouble setting a custom sidebar. If I don’t any sidebar to be “Strict”, when I try to set one in a specific page it doesn’t work. I choose a sidebar and when I press “update” the go back to “no sidebars”

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme That could be related to selecting a Strict Sidebar. Strict sidebar is a feature for adding same sidebar(s) to all pages. And it is very strict. You can just unselect the selected strict sidebars. Then you can set a general sidebar. And change the sidebars to different sidebars on page basis.
