I’ve updated Wordpress and Azoom theme yesterday, there are no any other updates available(. I installed these updates because of “testimonials” section, it worked incorrectly, it showed two quotes for the first slide and nothing for the last one. Now this section is working fine, but each page contains error message(.

I’ve just checked your site. As I guessed, you are using the old version of the Azoom Theme. You are using Azoom version 1.7 and we have released 2.1. You should update the Azoom Theme to the latest as well. Make sure you activate the Azoom Theme while checking for updates.

Using RPB for the first time and I notice no classical shortcodes are used (or working). If I copy text code from one page to another it doesn’t show in preview or when published.

It’s not a feature we support. Elements will not be able to copy/paste from different pages. As I suggested earlier, easiest method would be to making a page template with all required elements. Then loading this template for further use

Hi!
I’m installing this theme for a client, however, I’m having some trouble with the demo.
When I click on Start Demo Installation, the script gets stuck at “Loading Frontend Datas” and nothing gets imported. After doing some digging, it looks like a 500 error is being triggered. The console message looks something like:
POST http://www.site.im/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
Any advice on how to get this fixed? All the settings in server setting seem to be in green.

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme We do not have an HTML version of Azoom. If you have an HTML site now, you should build all pages from the scracth with WordPress. Because HTML system is different than WordPress system.

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme Azoom was built on a focus of ease of use and unique design. Even tho we support some accessibility methods, we didn’t focus entirely on it. If it’s a must for you, you may want to look for items, which keeps accessibility on the top of the focus list

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme Columns Margins & Paddings are fixed in our layout to keep the design easy to manage. We have a unique element named as Special Grid. This element covers columns and affect them by controling background, width etc. Special Grid element can have a ID. You may want to watch some of our help videos to understand usage of RPB (Rock Page Builder) better ;

I’ve just checked that site. That is using a different system which enables footer on hover. We don’t have a system like this. And this doesn’t seem to look like a user friendly interface. As it jumps up with the footer on hover. We have focused on user friendly elements and design while we were making Azoom.

I’ve bought the theme and I’m well on my way to creating a fantastic new website using your Brilliant dynamic them… I have signed up for support and entered the purchase code but have yet to receive an email with log in details… can you help please? Also whilst I’m here I have a couple of queries… How do I edit the footer section of the website to firstly remove the “Azoom Business Wordpress Theme” details and payment card icons that appear bottom left and then also introduce / include the details – “company Information” and “Newsletter” that are shown on http://azoom.curvyslider.com in the Demo Site. – hope you can help on tis as I can’t seem to edit the Footer… Also I edited some pages from the Demo and click on the “Menu” Page some still have a “template” link included e.g. /pages/about-us-template/ Is there anyway of editing this either in the title page or Menu section as when I try it doesnt seem to edit the change. Many thanks in advance for you assistance…

As for your questions, you can modify footer elements easily
We are using “Widgets” for footer large area. Simply go to “Appearance > Widgets” then drag and drop the elements you want to use or remove
However, I’m not sure if I understand the other question. Are you trying to remove the pages you don’t want to use from the menu?

I tired disabling all plugins and even rehosted… Still the I am unable to edit the rock page builder buttons.
Getting Jquery Error:

Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your ideas But I’m not sure if I understand it right. A hash navigation works by modifying the URL. This way, you can copy/paste URL and share it to refer to a section in your page. Otherwise, event will not be captured as a link. Also, it won’t work with menu hash links as well. So it has to use a hash in URL too.

I see that It seems like it’s not using hashing. But it is an issue on URL share. Which means, when you share your URL, you can share a specific section. Hash on URL allows you to share a unique section in your page. But this link you have given does not do that. But I’ve recorded your idea. We try to implement the features demanded most on our updates. But I think, this URL is a very different way of usage for section based linking. But as I said, I’ve recorded your idea to our system as well

Hi I purchased your template and have tried to upload it today myself on a new hosting provider for the first time. While installing the site, the installation failed due to missing CSS style sheet. Can you advise on this missing style sheet please?
