Re: icons – this isn’t an issue for me on a clean install of Captiva with the latest demo data so this is something specific to your install. My guess would be you might have a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins except Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and Captiva Toolkit.

If it’s still an issue shoot me your site url, the page url and your WP admin user/pass.

I’m not entirely sure what you wish to do. If you want to display different language variations to different users in different languages you’ll need a plugin like WPML.

I have installed WPML and i did realize if i added multilingual text widget in the footer, i have the option of choosing the language. However, i add custom menu, this option does not show up.

nzpainter Purchased your theme has way to many glitches - i just shut it off and used an old theme and all plgins css worked fine- video played, wishlist button appeared proper

Rather than posting multiple comments can you please update the main ticket you’ve opened on your issue. Our theme doesn’t have way too many glitches. We’ve thousands of customers who have no issue with our themes – including Captiva. When there are glitches – which happen with all themes from time to time – you’ll find our support team are very willing to resolve any issues which turn out to be theme glitches (and not plugin conflicts or something else not theme related). Your first ticket came in less than 24 hours ago and you’ve posted twice since then. We’re on Christmas vacation so we will look into this when you provide a valid user/pass on the main ticket and once we get a chance to.

hello dmwdprime here.. i installed yith but your css is overriding the plugin css. and not liking the wish list css. how to i overide your captivia css.

theme overides the video player – 1700 or 6800 and the video plyaer can’t be seen- owl-item 170px show sthe video as a line.. please look at your theme – why does it overide plugin css…

also the plugin brainstorm jscomposer will not install the key and api nothing happen when i click on register,

You don’t need to enter any of the serial keys. We’ve purchased a corporate license for these plugins – updates to them will be included along with theme updates. Those fields are only for people who have purchased their own individual license.

Hi, question about the Visual Composer recent update. Since i’ve updated it as advised in email from Envato, it became almost impossible to edit all my current pages. I can see VC in the backend editing, but: 1) when I click on Edit the window doesnt open 2) even if it opens and I do changes they don’t get saved 3) I cant even see “Text” editor button in the backend anymore

Those problems happen depending on what browser I use. With Chrome almost nothing works at all. But in overall, I cant edit my current pages now.

Searched for information about similar problems but haven’t found any answers yet.

It sounds like you might be low on memory, are you using a shared host? Try disabling some non-essential plugins – the only ones 100% needed are: WooCommerce, Redux and CommerceGurus Toolkit.

Also increase memory allocated via this method: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

  1. WooCommerce doesn’t support either by default, you’d need to look into plugins to incorporate this functionality.
  2. Refunds are processed by ThemeForest directly, not us. As it’s a digital product they tend to be only given if the product does not work as stated.

Hi Colm, We already have this plugin (WPML) and we still cannot translate the items in the element Captiva Testimonials. Could you please give us another solution? What we cannot translate it’s just this part of the website (testimonials), the rest of the content is already translated with this plugin.

If you updated from a very old version of Captiva you need to simply install the Redux Framework which you should be prompted to do if you go to Appearance -> Install plugins.

Love the theme – thanks for a great product and great support.

I’m running version 1.8.1 and I’ve noticed that in the latest versions, when a user selects a product variation on a single product page, the variation image being displayed in the owlCarousel now reverts to the first image, no matter what variation image is assigned to the selected variation. In prior versions, the correct variation image was displayed. Is this a bug you’re seeing elsewhere?

I could be wrong, but these lines in the inline script (lines 69-71) in single-product.php appear to be telling it to go to the first image instead of the image for the selected variation:

      sync1.trigger( "owl.goTo", 0 );
} );

Shouldn’t that 0 be a variable based on the selected variation’s image position? If this is already on your radar and you have a fix in mind, do you mind sharing? Otherwise I will attempt to fix in my child theme.
