Hello. My name is Gustavo and we’re using Docly at our company for our knowledge base + forum website.

We’ve noticed that despite there being an option to sticky and super sticky our topics at our forum (which is implemented with bbpress), the sticky function doesn’t actually work.

Is this something your support team can look into?

Hello, my name is Gustavo and I work at a company that uses Docly for our Knowledge Base.

We’ve implemented a forum on our website with bbpress and our user profile page still has issues regarding the tracking of user activities (favorited topics, subscriptions, user engagements, etc). And instead of showing us the proper tracking of user activities, say, for example, only the user favorited topics, it shows us the entirety of the forum within the ‘Favorited topics’ subsection (the same goes for all the other subsections).

We’ve brought this issue to you before, and we were told that it would be fixed in a future update, but as of the latest update, the problem still persists.

I installed the ultimate members plugin but it is not quite compatible with the theme. Also I want to allow users to have login/logout status shown correctly on the menu. How can i achieve that?

Hello, my name is Gustavo and we’ve recently purchased a Docly license for our website.

As we were setting up a forum on our website using bbpress, we’ve encountered the following problems:

The tracking of topic user subscriptions, topics started, replies, user engagements and favorited topics is not working as it should. It’s instead showing us a list of the entirety of our forum’s topics within each of our users’ profile pages.

I’ve looked for help within Wordpress’ community forums and the consensus seems to be that the Docly template may have something to do with this. Can you support us?

i’am going to purchase it , this theme seems amazing, for the next versions maybe add rich snippets (faq , etc) and to be able to host and read pdf files, doc files, etc because many suppport desk can host and share files. thank you
