I started seeing this error after updating my WordPress version to 5.6 which was released on December 8, 2020. I noticed the Ekko theme hasn’t been updated since October 2020. I am unsure about re-purchasing for support, unless you for sure have been actively updating and maintaining the code for the theme you built.

I’ve purchased a new Ekko license for a client and am having an issue I’ve never had before. I’m trying to install the KeyDesign Addon plugin, but the install process never finishes. We are hosting at InMotion Hosting. Any ideas what we can do to fix this?
Nevermind. I deactivated Ekko, reactivated it, and was then able to activate the plugin, which was apparently installed but not recognized by WordPress.

There is an issue since the update, the page appears as blank but when I try to update the content, all of it appears with the theme editor – Bakery. I am using the sticky navigation block. It seems to be the one causing the issue.
My support for this theme has expired but this issue is with your update not my use of it.

We sent a support ticket last week regarding single page options at the bottom not appearing. In other words, the options that allow us to make the menu transparent for every single page and center the title of the page are gone. Any particular reason why that might be happening? I’ve tried re-installing the theme, de-activating, deleting and re-installing plugins associated with the theme, clearing cache, etc. No luck getting those options back up again.

Hello, i installed the theme before 5 months and i havent make updates from then. I tried the last 3 days to make the updates to the plugins, to the theme and to the wordrpess. When i make the updates to the plugins and the theme, i have an issue with the size of logo in the header, but the site is functional. When i make the wordpress update to 5.5x the site goes to blank. I have the roll bar in the size of the functional site and i can scroll but all the home page is blank. I have restored the site from the server and i tried that process another 4 times with the same result. Now the site is restored in the previous functional state. Can you help me please?

- Download the latest theme version from Themeforest and update.
- Update all theme required plugins starting with KeyDesign Addon. You should update to v3.9. The best way to do this is to delete the plugin and install it again. You can update/install theme required plugins from Appearance > Install Plugins.
- Update to latest version of WordPress.
- Clear your browser cache and test.

Hello, I have been using this theme for a year now and it has been great. This week the pages that contain sticky navbars have been displaying a white screen and the following console error. My support has expired but I am hoping this is an issue you may be aware of?

This is a WordPress 5.5 related issue. You need to update the theme and all plugins. Then clear your browser cache and test again.
Pre-purchase question, does the theme REQUIRE WooCommerce to be activated to run? I’ve noticed some themes will not function without WooCommerce actually active. I like many features of this theme, but do not need a shop included to sell any products. Thank you.

This means that the portfolio content was not imported. This issue occurs when you are using an older theme version or an older version of KeyDesign Addon. Make sure you update both. If the issue persists, please register and open a support ticket.
How I can Control the space from the very top? – Navigation bar (header bar set to sticky) partially hiding some content, but I like to fix this only for desktop. On mobile I do not want to change anything.
