Is this compatible with newer version of WP? We have multiple licences and problems with every page if we update to 5.6 or higher? I am finishing two pages and will buy another licence, but need to know what is deal with updates?

The theme is compatible with the latest WordPress 5.7 version. You need to update the theme to v2.6 and the KeyDesign Addon plugin to v4.2 to resolve this issue. Please write back if this doesn’t help.

upon downloading KeyDesign Addon from the plugin store and activating it, I’ getting this message:

We’ve recently tested this plugin and we have no reported issues so far. You can safely use it with all our themes.

Hello, we checked http://www.ekko-wp.com/external/keydesign-addon.zip plugin and it works fine. There is no error on our side. We also cleared our servers cache. Please try to clear your browser’s cache too and try again. Maybe it’s a cache issue and the browsers gets an old version. If this still doesn’t work, please open a ticket on https://keydesign.ticksy.com/ with your site url/credentials and we will manually install it. Thank you.
I have tried clear the browsing history and also tried with different browser ..Still same issue… My Support period has been expired. I would appreciate if you can support me on the current issue.

I have managed to resolved it.. The plugin bundle up with the Theme is not working. ( Looks like the zip file is corrupted)

Using WordPress latest 5.7 and Ekko latest 2.6 / Ekko-Child @ 1.0, but I do not see any options for mega menu and if grouping subitems under a menu item, only dropdowns are provided. Does the mega menu feature exist?
Also +1 with the issue unzipping “keydesign-addon.zip” file from downloaded files. Installed plugin via WP plugins instead.

I’ve checked with your website and I see that the Sticky Navigation element loads properly. I have tested on a Win10 machine using Chrome and Mozilla.
Please fix keydesign-addon.zip… the archive is corrupt. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) is your problem. I tried to unzip files on my computer too, it seems demos folder is corrupt

Hello compare to other themes and builders, there is not much content about Ekko on Youtube. If its such a great theme I would have expected more feedback from people in general
Hello and thank you for your nice words. We tried to contact theme reviewers on YouTube but they didn’t even answer back. They do reviews ( paid ones ) only for the big themes that are already known. In fact, nobody does any reviews nowadays for free. So, the real feedback is on our item reviews section and ur support platform, from real customers. What other channels/sites/pages are you following to find info about new themes or where would you expect to find our theme too? Thank you.
