You can only use text with the PhotoBox description field. HTML tags are not supported.

Sorry to say this, but it’s not included in our update roadmap. You can use the PhotoBox link option if you want to redirect the user to another page.

The upgrade process would be like this: Deactivate the previous version of the WPBakery page builder on your website (and delete it), and upload the zip file of the latest version in Plugins > Add new plugin and install the latest version “js_composer-6-5-5-0.zip”.

Thanks for writing in! You can overwrite the topbar template in the child theme and display any shortcode in that area. Also, overwriting the topbar background color can be done using custom CSS. We are not seeing any issues with the Text Rotator module on our end. Please check with the following troubleshooting tips:
- Disable all plugins (except for the theme recommended ones) and test again. If issue is resolved, enable the plugins one by one until you find the problematic one(s).
- Update the theme (Ekko v2.4) and all plugins (KeyDesign Addon to v4.0 and WPBakery Page Builder to v6.5) to latest version.

You can install bbPress with the default Twenty Twenty theme and check. Our theme doesn’t overwrite the basic plugin functionalities. We have only overwritten the styles.

Updated to WP 5.6 and updated your theme. Now in Firefox browser I get white blank pages. Sometimes home page and some pages show up, but most times they are just blank white. Cleared cache multiple times. Switched to 2021 theme and pages showed up, switched back to your theme and pages are blank white again. Pages work fine in Chrome so your theme has some kind of conflict with Firefox.
I also renewed support, but your system keeps telling me I have no support and must renew.

You also need to update KeyDesign Addon to v4.0 and WPBakery Page Builder to v6.5. Navigate to your site admin area > Ekko > Plugins > update all plugins.
