Please edit that Home – coming soon (video) page in your WP admin > change coming soon block shortcode > and there enter the URL of your HTML5 MP4 video file. But in case if you want background image only then change the top row shortcode (in which coming soon block is added) > change row type to image and then upload your image to have it visible as your row background image.

-i want to change the text to black on the contact form on the homepage. right now its a light grey. i have tried like crazy to edit the css to no avail.
-also fixed much of the rollover text but on the homepage for the ‘author’ link it is still black.

I have some questions about the header. I am using the Hamburger Header 3.
1) The first question is regard the size of the logo.
Here in the forum I saw that the CSS class is .logo however, it seems my changes are not being applied. I am currently trying to increase the size on desktop AND reduce it on mobile.
(I saw also this old comment of yours https://themeforest.net/item/hcode-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/14561695/comments?page=6&filter=all#comment_13807450 - but in my case it seems that the size that I set up in the Retina Options apply to all devices (I am using a MacBook Pro with MacOS Sierra and an Iphone7).Can you advice?
2) Is there a way to use Hamburger Header 3 but as a non-sticky header?

Thanks for the anwers. I updated the Theme and VC and now it’s working just fine. But after the update it now has the Title of the Homepage displayed on the top left corner above the menue and I can’t get rid of it. Can you please tell me how to remove that? Thanks a lot!

Hello! As I said many times, I really love the template. I have a question though: how can I customize the look and feel of the hamburger menu 3? I was able to remove the border with CSS. But it seems I cannot change the colour and the thickness of the three bars. I see that the class is called: .navbar-default .menu-button-orange
Is it maybe the reason why I cannot change the color?

Hi, I love your theme but before I buy it I was wondering if on your portfolio page http://wpdemos.themezaa.com/h-code/with-short-description/ If I could re-create one of my favorite HTML themes like this http://reviewz.rashedamins.com Instead of having the blur on the title and description would it be possible to have a color to match that of the picture like the example i provided you? Also when viewing a portfolio item on your example, instead of pointing it to a portfolio page could i have it go to a blog page like http://wpdemos.themezaa.com/h-code/blog-full-width-header/ ? or could you just recreate a demo like the one HTML theme I like?

Sorry we do not have option of portfolio item wise color selection and you may need to do some customisation to achieve the style like your reference site.
From portfolio grid it will redirect to portfolio page only but if you create portfolio post of Link type then you can assign your desired external URL to that post.

Hello! Are there any options to play background video on mobile devices: home-full-screen-video? When I open the page from mobile it only show me playback triangle, but it doesn’t work. I know that there are issue with auto play, but are there any options with manual playback?

Unfortunately your support system is not allowing logins at the moment and its also giving an ‘Error 500 – Internal Server Error’ when I try to submit a support ticket.
So, here is the support ticket content.
I have Font Awesome icons in my Main Menu. The H-Code UI allows me to specify a font awesome icon for each header menu ( and sub menu ) item if I enable the Enable H-Code Mega Menu (only for main parent) setting for that menu Item and the Icons do appear in the generated header menu next to the corresponding menu items.
If I switch to the Footer Menu and also enable the Enable H-Code Mega Menu For This Item (only for main parent) for each of the 4 Footer Menu items I can also specify Font Awesome Icons for those Footer Menu items but the icons are not appearing in the Footer Menu and are not present in the emitted class information for the footer menu items. ( if I use developer mode in the browser and manually add the class attribute e.g. class=”fa fa-vimeo” then an icon is displayed so if h-code was generating the class info it should all just work )
Is there anything else I need to enable to make H-Code generate the font awesome class information in the Footer (as it already is doing for the Main Menu ) ?

Those were my OLD tickets that yes were resolved some days ago. The ticket I tried repeatedly to enter DID NOT make it in to the system it seems. The text provided above was unrelated to any of the resolved tickets. I’ll try to raise the ticket .. again …
Ok, found an email response from support about the ticket I raised yesterday but that ticket is not appearing in the list of Support Tickets ( perhaps because I used a valid but different email address as I couldn’t remember which one I had used before ).
The response from support to that ticket yesterday says “Mega menu options are specifically for header menu only, so those custom options will not work for footer menu.“
To which my response is “Why does the Footer Menu ask for the information then?” http://i.imgur.com/XMzKDVs.png
I also provide screenshots showing the issues and also provide one showing that technically it is possible to have the awesome icons on both menus. https://i.imgur.com/XMzKDVs.png
It seems silly to ask for the details on both the Main Menu settings AND the Footer Menu settings but only use the Main Menu ones. Given that I have provided evidence that the icons can display in both menus at the same time – the failure to generate them in response to settings for them being specified in the Footer Menu admin area settings is kind of arbitrary and non-sensical.
In any event I have raised another ticket under the proper email address now as well. So I can see the ticket in the support list and converse about it.

Those custom menu options will be visible for all menus and also user can assign any menu in theme settings inside footer. But as support team explained mega menu and related options purpose is for header area and not for other areas. Anyway support team will look into more details and provide you some code guidance to achieve font awesome icons there in the footer menu.
