Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with this theme. There are massive SQL SELECT wp_options/cache queries, and it seems they are mainly caused by your megamenu.

Have you already been made aware of this problem, and has any update addressed it? If not, and if you’re able to assist me in resolving this issue, I would be willing to extend my support license.

We have checked our megamenu generation process and it is built using WordPress default process via menus table in the WordPress. There are no massive queries used in this process. As per our test megamenu is generated in less than a second time. You can please check if there are any other plugins or code customization is affecting there.

The theme does not have a demo, this should have been mentioned when placing the order. Why would I purchase an empty theme?????

H-Code Addons / A part of H-Code theme I tried so many times but cannot get the H-Code Addons to update. I have version 2.9 and see Available version 3.3 BUT it keeps saying

Updating Plugin: H-Code Addons Update package not available.

TGMPA v2.6.1 Return to Required Plugins Installer

I even tried downloading the theme again and trying to upload but get the error “link expired”

Can you assist, the support has long lapsed but this is just a regular update. Thanks

Hello,

I’m currently running version 2.6, and I need to update to version 3.3. If I’ve made custom updates on the child theme, will everything still work correctly if I update the parent theme to 3.3?

Yes it should work fine but if your child theme code customisation conflicts with updated theme version then you need to check those code customisation for compatibility. For safer side you can update in beta version first or take full site backup before update in the live site.

Theme and plugins update will overwrite theme and plugin core files, so if you have not changed or customised any core files then it should not create any issues but still we suggest to take full backup of the site or you can first setup staging and do the update there.

Thank you for the latest update. Having to download the update from ThemeForest and then install it either manually or with a theme update plugin is inconvenient. Perhaps it is time that you make it possible to download and update H-Code directly from within the WP dashboard, like almost all other themes do.

You do not need to use any plugin. You can simply upload theme like you install it and it will update theme.

Hello! Through “theme settings” I can enable mini header. Then you have to choose which sidebar to use. I chose the default mini header sidebar. How can I edit it?

My WPBakery plugin is not working fine. Neither Frontend nor backend. Page kept on loading and icons of the plugin is visible empty blocks. I uninstalled every plugin to check if it’s conflicting but it’s not working after.

We need to optimize our website so that it complies with accessibility standards. We’re seeing hundreds of tag errors, particularly in the <head> tags, which are showing tag closures with the slash ”/>”, which is not customary for tags without content. I can’t find where to find the file that displays these variables, I can’t find the lines of code. Example: “meta robots…” line. Can you tell me where to find the head html template? Hello, Revolution Slider 6 on Home page doesn;t work on Mobile. just the revelotution slider. The rest of the page is working correctly.It saws a white background. I checked to see about transparency on edit with WPbakery and it is on overlay transparent.Could you help me please?

If I remove any of the footer social icons, they are no longer centered in the bottom of the page is there some setting I’m missing? also for the footer menus – if remove one, they all crowd to the left. How do I change the layout there? I only want 2 or 3 of the 5 columns but spreadout.

I always have a problem with updating “H-Code Addons.” When I download and install a new version of H-code, no plugins are included and when following the various instructions listed in several places (also a problem here) lots of errors occur.

Still tried all the ways I know how and followed your instructions. Latest error: Updating Plugin: H-Code Addons Update package not available.

I have installed the Envato Market theme manager plug-in. That doesn’t help.

It seems this string of actions did help: 1. Deactivate (don’t delete) H-code Add-ons plug-in 2. Go to Install Required Plugins 3. Install H-code Addons, Activate

That seemed to do the trick.
