Google page speed is not an actual speed indicator and it is showing low score because of the images and they mostly say to use thumbnail images but that can reduce the quality of the website look in various devices and especially retina devices. You can please check tools.pingdom.com or www.webpagetest.org or others for speed testing and you can feel the speed by navigating the demo yourself also.

Ok. We are a travel company and want to use the theme to display our tours but with do not require an online booking system (we work over the phone, not online). Would we be able to remove the shopping cart function from the top right? Also, is there a built in system for creating grids displaying the name of a tour, the price and number of days, such as in the “special offers” bit of your travel demo? I’m also keen to know how hotels can be displayed in a grid. Thanks for your input.

Yes do not install WooCommerce plugin, so shopping related features will not display. You can use various portfolio listing styles and portfolio post for your tour listing and detail page. Unfortunately we do not have built in system for tour / hotel specific data fields and ready grid / list structure.

Can you please respond here? It’s actually very time-consuming to create separate tickets for each request, especially since you require entering the purchase code for each ticket (which has to be downloaded seperately). It’s also better for the community to post solutions publicly.

We have already tested H-Code latest version 1.8.3 with bundled VC plugin in WordPress 4.9 and there are no issues found, so there may be some conflict of any other plugin or custom JS in your setup. So you can try removing extra plugins one by one and custom code done if any.

Yes it should work but VC 5.4.2 is not fully tested with H-Code at the moment for compatibility, we are going to release theme update with latest VC most probably this month end or early next month. So we recommend not to update VC for now to avoid any conflicts.
