I’m interested in purchasing the H-Code theme. But I was wondering if it is possible to adapt it to have a 1th home page that flick throw different full screen images. Also is it possible to turn off the cursor square icon?

Hi, I have to pre-sale questions:
First is it possible to deactivate the closing by touch when I am in the portfolio view? I think it works on desktop when the user can see the minus as cursor, but on smartphone you have no response and when you touch accidentally, its a little bit obscure.
Second question is also about the single portfolio view. I tested that on my Samsung J5 (Android) and when I open a portfolio article there is a endless scrollbar down and up with white, blank screen. Is that because of the demo? I think that should be fixed.

1. Yes it is possible to deactivate closing of popup by some minor change and our team can help with that also. But we will implement close button in top right and deactivate closing on click in mobile / touch device and this we will include in our next theme update.
2. That is actually not an issue because the ajax portfolio is a popup on top of parent page and the scroll is of parent page and we made the background white, so you feel like that. We can make background transparent to have feel of parent page behind the popup.

Thnks for the Response! Good to hear about that thing with the close button. I think this is more intuitive for the visitor.
But why is that endless scrollbar only in the mobile version? On Desktop the scroll ends with the portfolio content. But I think, when its possible to make the background in a transparent black behind the portfolio its ok. Is that possible?

Does this theme with woocommerce allow the selling and distribution of printed media? I would be looking at selling Photos and artwork. If not, are there plug ins that will allow this?

Actually there are different height of content in each columns, so the column may break at some places. Please use equal height columns of the row shortcode and align content to top and that should make it look better then. If you need further assistance then please create a support ticket.

An extended license of Visual composer is purchased by ThemeZaa and hence VC is provided free of cost plugin as part of the theme, but unfortunately we cannot provide purchase code / key to users as it is registered for ThemeZaa only. Also you cannot get direct support from VC support. And this is how it works for all themes bundled with VC plugin.
We normally update H-Code theme every month to have latest versions of theme included plugins (VC and Revolution slider) as well as other theme fixes/addition/changes, so of course you will get latest plugins regularly tested with theme and plugins compatibility. H-Code 1.4 latest version includes previous version to VC 4.12, but we will include VC 4.12 in our upcoming upgrade of this month.

Sorry this may sound like a silly question, but I’ve just bought the theme, and it’s not letting me uploading to Wordpress, keeps saying ‘Are you sure you want to do this’ – upload failure. I’ve also tried to upload it to my hosting sever, but it’s not showing up on Wordpress. Please advice, many thanks!
I’m currently in Wordpress 4.5.2. I’ve also tried uploading the theme to FPT, but the file is shown as .zip (not in folder) in my hosting File Manager, and it’s now showing in Wordpress as well

Whenever we release theme update we also include latest versions of theme included plugins with full testing of compatibility and features. So after upgrading the theme, you can deactivate and delete theme included plugins and re-install them from Appearance > Install Plugins.
