NickeyK had the same problem as me and alluded to installing the plugin to fix it.

This actually by itself is not going to be enough. H-code is using ‘developer mode’ which is no longer supposed to be used. An added safer step is to download and enable this plugin to disable developer mode for Redux: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-developer-mode-disabler Then install the Redux plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redux-framework/

Since I already fixed the issue I won’t need support anymore, but I strongly suggest the developers of this theme release a new version of h-code theme that just disables using developer mode and whatever old version of Redux, and uses the official plugin here which is kept updated.

I got the following error after upgrading to v2.2 and trying to update the theme settings, I tried fixing myself by upgrading Redux but I’m not a dev and I couldn’t get it to work, so I kept the original, here is the error:

I’ve just installed this on a nginx server and am receiving the following error when trying to save anything on the theme settings. I pulled the php error log below.

Any chance you’d know what could be causing this. I also couldn’t use your importer and ended up using the wordpress importer with the xml file instead.

incase this helps anyone else – the redux version being old was causing me an issue – i just downloaded this plugin in addition and my theme settings worked https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

This is having an issue loading the h-core settings like your header settings. Is there anyway you can update to the latest reduxcore?

Hello,

I am working on a WP site with this theme but it was purchased by the previous developer, how can I create a support ticket?

Please talk to your previous developer and get the ThemeForest account access or purchase code and with that you will be able to create support ticket if support is active as there will be 6 months of support from theme purchase date. Another option is you can purchase H-Code theme again from your account and then you will be able to contact support team.

First of all thank you for your excellent theme have been using it for a while.

Not sure if you are aware but I have discovered a bug- the ‘counters and skills’ block only works with whole numbers, and if you put in a decimal number it will just round it down or up to the whole number.

I have a bit of dev knowledge myself and feel like you could probably fix this with one line of code or similar simple fix. Would you be able to fix this issue for me please?

With the latest update of the theme, I updated the theme, but when I tried to update the “H-Code Addons” plugin afterward, I got a “Update package not available.” message?!

just noticed the previous comments.. I first deleted the plugin and then reinstalled, like you mentioned in the doc, and that worked! Thx!

I never know how to change the copyright text in spanish lenguage. I select the correspondent footer Menu (the spanish one) and it always changes the english one. It seems like a web error but the person who did this before was able to change it. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Update please? It’s been 4.5 months and you still have 5000 sales – WP Bakery needs some love!

Please note that our system is showing an alert that your one purchase code is used in 20 or more WP websites. As per Envato regular license policy you can use one regular license of theme in one WP site / domain. So please purchase additional licenses to have legal usage of the theme and in case if you have already purchased multiple licenses then please provide us all those purchase codes, so we can update in the system and other support agent do not mention about this alert again.

I am getting the following warnings whenever I try to save a page.

The warnings stop when WPBakery Page Builder is deactivated, and remain when all plugins except WPBakery Page Builder are deactivated.

When I roll back the php version from the host-recommended 7.3.23 to 7.2.34, the warnings stop.

Are these warnings a known issue with php 7.3.23? I run 7.3.23 on the same server with other themes with WPBakery installed without any issues. It is just happening with the H-Code and WPBakery combination.

WordPress version: 5.5.3 H-Code version: 2.0.6 WPBakery Page Builder version: 5.5.4

Thank you for your reply. I updated the theme folder the day before I posted my message here, but I now realize that the plugins didn’t get updated because they have to be installed separately because they are zip files. Everything is fine now.
