Hello. I bought this theme about a year ago. I wanted to use it but always had problems installing it and I gave up. I changed my hosting company to Siteground and wanted to give it another try. Same thing. The theme wont install. When I try to upload it with wordpress uploader it seem to hang. My support period has ended but I want to install this theme and use it but was never able. Any help?

H-Code Addons is a plugin and that plugin code cannot be overwritten via child theme. You need to create another plugin to overwrite H-Code Addons plugin code as per your need with the help of your developer.

Results of speed in PageSpeed Insigth are really not so good… If the page use included revolution slider and some plugins then mobile speed tested by goole is much below expectation.

Theme is coded with best standards of WordPress considering page load speed optimisation but speed also depends on your server speed / config, cache, images physical size, amount of content, etc… You can refer this article – http://wpdemos.themezaa.com/h-code/documentation/installation/optimization-tips/ and that may help. And yes slider revolution will be somewhat more time taking to load compared to normal image slider.

We do not face this issue after update or there is no complaint from any existing users. You can please update retina logo images in theme settings and / or at page level settings and then logo should be visible fine in mobile devices.

Hi, i have asked support in the past that my front page slider has a white overlay on the mobile version of the site and they cannot see what the issue is. I have tried asking others but to no avail and there’s no option to turn it off. Any ideas? sweeterytoronto.ca

Please edit that page in WPBakery editing mode > Edit Image Slider > Overlay > Overlay color ( Add transparent color “rgba(0,0,0,0)” ).

It should allow to create ticket if your purchase code is used from one account only. If you can see H-Code theme in the list above purchase code text field, then check mark it and proceed for ticket creation instead of entering purchase code.
If above is not the case then you can go to your closed ticket from top left toggle icon > closed tickets. And there enter your query and it will auto open again.

Hello, there seems to be an issue with the light logo in menu. I’m getting this error when I look at the console, and updating the links from Google Chrome inspector does not solve anything. How do I go about it?

The latest release claims compatibility with WordPress 5.3.x but comes with WPBakery 6.0.5 which is not WP 5.3 compatible. Any idea when you’ll package WPBakery 6.1 for WP 5.3.x users?

Somehow the H-Code Theme Settings on all pages don’t show anything. When I click on any of them, I get a 404 error. The theme was updated as usual with all Plugins included. Is this a bug?

Thank you, reinstalling the theme worked. Now the sidebar is missing though.
I have tried reinstalling the theme again, I haven’t edited the templates and the options are set to have a sidebar. I’ve tried different sidebars, is there any known issue with this?
