Hi,
I can’t get the slider working. I followed the instructions in the documentation. Made a category named “Slider”, added some posts and it keeps saying Error 404 – Page not found.
I can’t find the solution. Images are resized to 630×301.
Please drop me an email with a link to your site, also a user / pass for your installation would be helpful, so I can take a look.

The [align_left] and [align_right] shortcodes seem buggy on my end. When I put them in the HTML or Visual tab panel (doesn’t matter), the alignment aspect works, but the image no longer shows in the browser. This is using the latest version of FireFox 3.6.12. I haven’t tried it in Safari yet.
But when I take the shortcodes out from around the image, the image shows up fine. When I put the shortcodes back in, it only shows the alt information with no image.
Any suggestions?
I don’t think there are any errors with the shortcodes. Please show me how you use them: post here or drop me an email. If there’s an error from my part I will definitely fix it and release an update.

This is not possible I’m afraid, since the javascript toogle works different from an accordation and I don’t know a way to adapt it to behave like that.
Hi, I bought both the HTML and Wordpress version of this theme because I like the layout a lot. Just a suggestion though that it would be great to incorporate social media icons into the theme as well. Is that possible to do?
Thanks for suggestion. I will think of a solution for this in a future update. Just as an advice, I think that media icons(twitter, facebook, ...) can be inserted in the footer.
Hi, I really like this theme and would like to use it for a current project. One question—for the portfolio images on the home page…are they automatically resized, or do they have to be uploaded at a specific size? Thanks.
They have to be uploaded separately at that specific size.

I have solved the issue but I thought I would just mention it for future users…. do not deviate from the 630×301 image size else your copy will not display at all and you will spend 4 hrs trying to figure out the problem.

The only way I can get the Slider to work 98% correctly is if I paste the code from your sample site into the HTML panel of the Post page – see sample http://www.trio.co.za/media/ – apart from that the Slider does work properly – please assist.

I think you’ve changed the css somewhere since the slider image doesn’t align properly to the left. Slider entries are posts, so in the posts textarea section you have to insert the text of your choice, not my sample text. Add the slider post just like you are adding a normal post, with title, text and the slider image link. Drop me an email via my profile page here on TF if you have more difficulties.

I am having a Slider issue, I follow all the documentation but I cannot get the text to display on the right of the image as per your theme sample. Please can you advise if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong?

Having fun with this theme… Client wants videos. Is there a simple way to do this?
You can insert videos in posts / pages by pasting the required embedding code in the html tab when creating that certain post / page. However the theme doesn’t currently support videos inserted in portfolio lightboxes yet. I plan to make an update in the future for this feature though.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t support multiple portfolio pages.
Hi, it’s a silly question but the theme color options will be hidden from view and only available in the admin dashboard right? It will not be shown as your current preview page?
Yes, the theme color switcher is only available in the demo so that clients would see all the available skins. The theme’s files that are available for purchase don’t contain the demo switcher, of course.

Found out how to edit menu in the documentation – but still would like to cycle pages rather than posts….
You can’t add pages to the slider. But you simply create a post that contains stuff that previews a certain page, then make that slider post link to that certain page. So you can have as many posts as you like that will basically be previews to different pages – which I guess is basically the same thing you want to achieve.
Hi. Great theme! I would like the homepage slider to cycle pages rather than posts… have a quick solution to that with this theme ? One more thing – why is all my pages turning up on the footer insted of above the slider to the right ?
Important announcement:
The theme’s demo has now a css switcher so you can see all the skins that come with it.
Also, the update for the links and image links in admin text / textarea inputs and few css fixes it’s still in the queue. Please refer to my reply to zebragrf to fix it yourself.

In the package you downloaded there is a folder named documentation, in that folder you will find a file named index.html – open this file to read the documentation.
To be more specific to your question, in the documentation there is a whole chapter that describes how to setup both your footer and header menus.
