Hi,
I’m looking for a theme that will fit my requirements. It will be a platform where vendors can sign up their own page. The listings will be categorized in “editions” e.g. “Q1 edition” where I, the website owner, set a specific end date.
For example: Edition 1 is on March 31st Edition 2 is on June 30th Edition 3 is on September 30th Edition 4 is on December 31st
The vendors add a listing to the website, till the end of the upcoming edition. For example: if it’s now February 10, you can only create a listing for the First edition, and your listing will become inactive on March 31st.
The payment options will be in 3 different types: One off payment, e.g. $50 Subscription: Quarterly payment, e.g. $40 that will be payed every 1st date of a new edition Subscription: Yearly payment, e.g. $150, starting the 1st date of their new year. So if you sign up on October 5th 2024, your next payment will be on October 1st 2025.
At the end of every edition, the listing becomes inactive. The vendors have to check and republish their listing to show up for the next edition.
Is this possible with your theme?

Unfortunately, we do not have these features available, and I believe it might be difficult to find such detailed or unique options readily available in any existing theme. In my opinion, you will need to customize the theme to meet these requirements. It seems like they have designed it to fit their very specific needs, and these are not common or widely supported features.

Do you mean that eventhough the site is working well and we do not change anything, it will keep facing death white screen when either elementor or wordpress get updated but javo theme is not yet up to date? Do you also means that once we purchase the theme, there will be consistent bug that require customer to pay for lifetime support subscriptions?

There must be something happened on your side. These are technical issues, and we haven’t received similar complaints from other customers.
If you’re encountering this issue, it’s essential that you reach out to our support team with the relevant details so they can assist you. You will need to extend your support plan to continue receiving assistance, as this is a policy set by Envato’s support team, not something we control.
While we understand your frustration, some of our customers who encounter similar talks ( “we didn’t do anything” ) often find that the root cause is related to their specific setup or configuration. Since this problem isn’t widespread, it’s vital that you share this with the technical team for a proper resolution.
And just as a side note, considering the level of functionality and customization our theme offers, don’t you think the small support renewal fee is quite reasonable? The cost of renewing your support is comparable to the price of a beer, really. Every piece of software, regardless of how carefully it is developed, will have bugs or issues over time. That’s true for all major software, even the big-name themes and plugins. If you look at their changelogs, you’ll see constant updates and fixes. Bugs and unexpected issues are just part of the software life cycle, especially in a complex ecosystem like WordPress, where multiple plugins, themes, and updates interact.
The issue you’re facing seems to be technical and unique to your setup. Since other customers are not reporting the same issue, we highly recommend contacting our support team for help. BTW, our theme is up to date. If your support period has expired, you’ll need to renew it through Envato to gain access to assistance.
Please note that the support check is connected to Envato’s API, so without renewing through Envato, we won’t be able to provide support. Please also read Envaot support policy over. You need to renewal it.

we see that lava-bp-post plugin is not compactible with the latest php and have to manually changed back to php 7.4 which is outdated and soon no longer be supported by the developer. Are you planning to update the theme because it is an issues to use a version not longer supported because the them is not updated according to time?

You mentioned earlier that no changes were made, but it seems you switched your PHP version. Changing server configurations like this is outside of our theme’s control and can cause issues.
PHP 7.4 is still a recommended version for WordPress, and while our theme works with PHP 8.0, newer versions like 8.2 or 8.3 can cause compatibility problems with many plugins, not just ours including many major plugins.
For technical issues, please submit your queries on our support site, not here. This ensures proper assistance with the details such as PHP version and the error messages. Please read the previous replys over.

Can I set up an interactive map directly on the homepage, featuring only a world map with pins for predefined events or listings (selected by the admin)? I would like users to be able to zoom in on the map and click on the pins to access individual event or listing pages, without any listing results being displayed alongside the map.
Additionally, I need to ensure that this interactive map can coexist with other sections on the homepage, such as “About Us,” “Event Types,” and others. Can these sections be easily configured and arranged either above or below the map for a clean, customizable layout?
Dynamic Map Functionality:
When the interactive map is zoomed in or moved, does the list of listings/events update automatically in real-time?
Monetization & Listings:
- Can the admin control whether users can create listings for free from their dashboards, or must they choose from predefined paid plans?
- Is there flexibility for the admin to manage the monetization options (e.g., free listings for certain users, paid plans for others)?
- Is it possible to manage these settings directly from the Wordpress admin dashboard?
Multilingual Compatibility:
I understand that Loco Translate is recommended for translations, but I am looking for full multilingual support. Is your theme fully compatible with more robust multilingual plugins such as WPML or Polylang? This feature is critical for my project, and Loco Translate may not be sufficient.
Advanced Search Functionality:
Does the theme support a comprehensive multi-field search feature? Specifically, I need the search to cover all fields within listings, including text content, organizer, location, title, and type of event or listing.

After updating from 5.12.0 to newest JAVO 5.13.0 got errors on listing pages. Something with the chat bubble. How to disable the JV Chat functions? Do not need them and is causing errors.

Does this theme work with addresses in Belize (Central America)? We are building a website which is showcasing businesses and landmarks throughout Belize and need to ensure that the map works for Belize. Can you please check this out and let us know? The address structure for Belize is not the same as the US and doesn’t include a postal code – so we just want to be 100% sure your theme will work for our needs.

We believe that it supports Belize. As long as, Google maps supports you can use it. We will not sure how we can check Belize address. You can have a test on Google and OSM to check the address if it works fine. We use their’s API to get the address and Geo codes.
