You replied several times, but never answered my question. You wrote that every software has bugs. I know, but the Javo dashboard is critical to the theme. If it does not work, the theme is pointless.
I have three questions. 1. Is it only me and my designer who have this issue with the dashboard or is it a wider problem? 2. Have you fixed this problem? 3. How do I get the fixed version?

Directory installed at https://www.helios7.com/top10/ was working absolutely fine. However, I am not sure why everything went blank. No update was done nothing. Is this related to latest wordpress update. Do I need to rollback to the old wordpress version. Please guide on this. There are other users who are reporting same issue. I have cleared cache and everything and I am not using any Cache Plugin right now.

The issues from WordPress 4.6.x updates. Please make sure to confirm with our support team if the version is compatible. Whenever there are new updates, we need time to work on the compatibility. Not many people have the problem. Only users updated without checking the compatibiliy. Our support team has a new version for it.

this is the email I used to purchase the theme. The product is registered in a live domain and your support is tied to that the email for that website. I have sent an email and support ticket just a while ago again.

It has not been 2 days. It’s around 1 day and a few hours. I have checked the ticket list and they are about to assist yours. I already told you that tech issues can take time via email.
We have already answered you multiple times. As I left the screenshot you were able to access and leave a ticket without doing anything from our side. Everybody is using our support site. Your delay was out of our scope. You emailed us via auto response email that it’s clearly written “do not reply” and you didn’t answer the previous email we answered. We sent you the screenshot.
We never said WorPress is not our problem. We just need time to check the compatibility. If you need to talk to our support team for the update issues, you need to have the support. If not, you should wait for the compatibility updates. This is quite common.
Just be patient and they will assist yours soon.

When I click on submit post page, it shows form shortcode “[lava_bp_post_form]”. How do i access this [lava_bp_post_form]? After submitting article, the article goes live. Hi Rob, If this is indeed the case, please contact Pathstack directly to resolve the issue (i.e. disabling the security alarm).
I understand your need to keep your add-ons secure. It is our need as developers as well. But the issue is not only about vulnerabilities but also about false alarms. This kind of thing is bad for your brand and you need to hurry up and resolve it with Pathstack itself and not report to me personally.
Besides as you already know right now thousands of WordPress toolkit installs on Plesk show that the Lava Directory Plugin has a vulnerability. I didn’t make it up out of my head. This is because Plesk considers Pathstack as a trusted partner. Whether this is true or not it is unfair to your brand to not take action to contact Pathstack to end this alert.
We look forward to your actions and communication with Pathstack to stop vulnerability messages from appearing in Plesk.
If again there is no willingness on your part to contact Pathstack because you do not trust them the message will continue to appear in the WordPress toolkit.

A month later from my initial notification that Lava Directory Manager was experiencing a serious vulnerability you reported to me that Pathstack was not a trusted source. Why you keep posting here? You can talk to our tech support team. As we already explained there are always vulnerabilities issues. Not only our software. Then you can just simply talk to our tech team. We never mean not to fix any issues.
And our support team already shared you the screenshots after they scanned on the plugin by wordfence. There can be an old history or whatever. We don’t find any issues so far. If you find it, just simply talk to our tech support team.
The tested version was 2 years old version. Our tech team already sent you the reports and keep watching the issues if it can be a problem. And also assist you. Please just talk to our tech team instead of keep posting without talking to them first.

That’s quite advanced feature to have it. But you can create a page and add the link and a menu on the dashboard menu.
It’s too general question. As you may know, it’s hard to make all of the 3rd party plugin’s compatibility. This is because the authors and their code may follow different approaches. To determine if they work seamlessly, testing is often required. This is a common practice for all WordPress themes. Not only our theme.
Unfortunately it’s not. They are not quite common recently.

Hello, I have been trying to go through your videos. For example, the silent Canvas video from many years ago, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqKeZOqiExY. The screen is not clear, even if I run it at 0.25 speed, impossible to follow the tutorial. 8 months ago you re-did a few videos, but the pronunciation of English is incredibly difficult to understand and I am used to hearing a lot of accents.
