I was about to ask a question when above you mentioned a article limit “what is the article limit ?” as this is very concerning to me also how do you align centre the logo

I haven’t said there’s a limit on the number of articles you can have. The theme doesn’t limit this.
To center align the logo you’ll need to edit the template CSS. Unfortunately we can’t assist with customizations.

Hi, your theme is exactly what i need, but please answer my two concers. 1. Can a registered user create a new article ? if not do you have a way to go around this ?

1. Not on the front end. If you give a user permissions to create new posts (author or above) then they can create new articles on the back-end.
2. Yes, the theme doesn’t limit the number of articles you can have.

I have discovered that the DiggDigg plugin used with normal display causes the sidebar widget to screw up. Would be nice if they both worked together nicely.

I want join the theme with "DW Q&A" plugin. The result is fantastic. In live search I can see KB results and question of plugin, as I want.
The problem is Questions are set as 'standard' type so when I search, live results show same icon for standard articles and questions of plugin.
Can I difference post type for apply a custom icon?

Does the theme support attachments well? For example, I intend to have articles that are mainly for attachments to PDFs that are uploaded via WordPress or hosted elsewhere.

This theme continues to disappoint, there were bugs when I bought it months ago, just re-downloaded, and now the archives aren’t even styled. The header is touching the top, and there is just a random ‘li’ showing the subcategories? Fresh install.

I’ve had to fix it myself, and can’t really be bothered to submit a request, but just so you know, the archives header is broken. It’s a great looking theme, nice and clean, just wish it was a bit more polished with the coding.
One more quick question, I have no articles in ‘Uncategorized’ but it’s still showing, and there is no option to delete it?
You can hide the category from appearing on the homepage:
Theme Options > Homepage Options > Exclude Categories
Or rename it. It’s a default WP category so it can’t be deleted.

This is regarding the KnowHow theme that we purchased. We would like to use multiple language for the content. We did use a WP plugin qTranslate that works for the content but we noticed two things. Some of the headers on the page (Popular Articles, Categories) do not get translated when I switch to another language. Secondly, when do a search using the search tool in a foreign language, the results show up in English.
How can we get these two issues fixed?

I just purchased this theme but the .pdf manual that comes with it is really just bare bones and not as helpful as I wished it to be.
Unfortunately, your online help forum, using the same theme, doesn’t seem to be working either. And most articles show the same dummy content but nothing related to the title of the article.

The categories are ordered alphabetically. You can reorder them by changing the name and added a number in front like this:
1. Category One 2. Category Two 3. Category Three etc

Hi there. Would you be open to applying the GPL to this product in its entirety, now that ThemeForest allows authors to fully license with the GPL? I see that Orman Clarke did this recently.
P.S. It is currently licensed with a regular licence, no extended licence and no full GPL. This makes using the theme in a multisite environment problematic from a licensing perspective. Thanks for considering this.

Hi, I work for a large company and we want to incorporate a Wiki. We looked at MediaWiki but it seems limited in terms of development options. We’re now looking at your wordpress theme and I need to check, is it possible for logged in users to edit a wiki page from the front end, or is it the case that when they edit a wiki page it brings them to the wordpress control panel instead?

How to setup/configure use of multi-language?
So the user can choose a different language and the interface will appear accordingly? For each article we will need to create for each language?
