I get error when pressing shortcode button

Thanks for your message. When you’re downloading the theme from ThemeForest, make sure you’re downloading “all files and documentation”, which will include the demo data XML file for importing.

This isn’t controlled by the theme, you need to change the configuration of WordPress or your server to modify this.

Pre Sale Question: I have a procedures/knowledge handbook that is is built in Microsoft Word that has section titles and several subheadings underneath.

They are rearranging everything – which will take a lot of time to reformat everything. I’m looking at converting it over to an online platform.

Is it possible to format your software to have the section titles and several subheadings underneath or is it all “search based”?
