Are there any plans to add a “Form”? If so, I’d purchase in a heart beat.

Thanks for your message. The theme doesn’t include form functionality as this is best left to dedicated plugins. The demo uses this form plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Hi,

I bought this theme and I really love it and is helping me a lot for building my FAQ section in my website. Anyway I found 2 little bugs in the theme that, hopefully, you can solve in next update:

1.- The Ajax search form, when you use it from a mobile phone and suggestions appear, they break the responsive theme. Instead of dividing each suggestion line to fit the screen, every suggestion is of one large line showing them with very tiny letters and difficult to read.

2.- The top menu, when I try to resize the screen to see how the responsive theme works, just before converting the menu top the top mobile menu button, it goes below the logo touching the search section and it looks very ugly. I think in some tablets will look like that. It will be better to convert that menu to a mobile menu button aligned to the right before it goes below the logo and then move the menu button to the top for smaller screens.

I don’t know if you have a quick fix for these two bugs changing some of the code right now, but It will be good if you correct them for future versions.

What’s the process to change the style? I don’t want to go through code and create child themes etc. But I do need to this to follow WCAG guidelines for accessibility so I need to make some changes. Is it point and click or do I need to customize the CSS in a child theme?

However i couldnt add content on homepage. It has only categories and the latest posts so i just created a new page without dynamic content.

How can i add content into homepage layout?

1. Where can I change the header logo link 2. I have set up a basic menu in the primary location but it is showing below the nav bar (see link – https://www.roburir.com/knowledge-base/faq/). I wold like to have it in the same position that you have in the live demo (i.e. in line to the right of the header logo)

I use another theme for my website, but I want a knowledge page on my site. Is it possible to use this theme for just 1 page?

Thanks for your message. It’s not a feature of WordPress to use a theme for a single area of your site. We suggest setting up a folder/sub-domain installation of WordPress for KnowHow. However you might want to investigate a knowledge base plugin for adding a knowledge base to your existing WordPress theme.

Hi.. i just bought and installed this theme on my freshly installed wordpress v.4.5.2. but it seems there is something missing in the theme.. i cannot see any header logo and menu just like from your demo site, also where is the contact us page?

Pre sale question: We are creating a sports fan guide on our website for a specific sporting event. We are going to fill in the majority of the content and then when launched we want the fans to have a say and help to build the guide. How would visitors to our fan guide be able to edit or suggest an edit using your software? Thanks. RM

Is it possible to highlight the Search Terms in the front Ajax live search? And how will the plugin Relevanssi search plugin work with this theme?

Hi, the theme is a great solution for my organisation! Now, since I included Contact Form 7 I have some issues to get the form on my page. It does not appear when I include the plugin and I am pretty sure that this question is not for the Contact Form 7 ppl ;) Everything is set as is should be.

I also tried to disable the other running plugins without any positive effect.

- WP v4.5.3 - Recent KnowHow theme + child theme running - Contact Form 7 v4.4.2

I have absolutly no idea.

I also tried the Twenty Fourteen theme and it did work immediately so it must be something in KnowHow I guess.

Besides the Contact Form 7 I also tried Ninja Forms. Also without any good results. The forms I created wont show on the website but there is no error or something. Just not showing the fields.
