the Moodle Mobile App and the theme for your Moodle website are two different things. The Moodle Mobile App uses its own user interface. With that, Lambda’s design won’t be displayed there. Moodle offers to define a path for the Mobile App to use an additional css file, but it has to be a css file that is specially designed for the mobile app and the possibilities for the design are very limited with it. Since the theme is responsive and can also be used on tablets and mobiles, I would recommend to use the default browser to open your website on mobiles. You should only use the Mobile App if you definitely need the features of this app like a direct upload of voice recordings from the mobile.

Thanks, I do not see the new UX. It is still the old right and left navigation blocks. Is it how this is going to be in future?

Lambda already includes many of the new UX elements: The new navigation with the split between the “My courses” tab and the dashboard (including the deadlines with an improved timeline), the new course editing with drag&drop features, color-coded icons to help identify the function of each course activity, question bank improvements…
Since Lambda relies on the use of Moodle blocks (with Navigation and Administration blocks), the course index is not (yet) supported. There are still many discussions going on regarding the new UX. This process will probably not be complete until the release of Moodle 4.1: This version will be the new LTS (long-term support) release. So I’ll wait with Lambda to see what changes there will be until then. But of course I will continue to develop and improve Lambda according to the features of the new Moodle versions.

Moodle is compatible with PHP 8 after the latest update on 20.January

The latest release Moodle 3.11.5+ is from Fri, 11 Feb 2022. Though it should be compatible with PHP 8, there are still many issues open at the official Moodle tracker:
https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-70745
So currently, I cannot recommend using Moodle (and with that any theme) with PHP 8.

This feature is not shown at the theme’s demo site, but don’t worry: Lambda offers a full multi-language support. You can of course also add a language menu for your users.

What other available languages the language on the website can be translated into?

Moodle is the most popular and trusted learning management system that caters for all types of organisations, no matter how large. It provides a central space on the web where students can access a set of tools, resources and courses anytime anywhere. Please note that Udemy uses a different system for their courses.
So of course you can upload and offer your pdf e-books and the theme provides a full multi language support (including Arabic language). You can also use it to sell your courses. But the purpuse of Moodle is that you use this system to manage your users and courses and not just to create a link to your Udemy courses.

it seems that you are using an outdated theme version. So fortunately, your issue is quite easy to solve: You just have to update the theme!
To update the theme, you have to download the new version at themeforest – just login there with your existing account and click on the “Downloads” tab.
You can update the theme just like a new installation: Go to “Administration” > “Site administration” > “Plugins” > “Install plugins” and upload the corresponding installation file for your Moodle version there – that’s all!

Lambda is compatible with all Moodle versions from 2.5 up to the latest release 3.11+. So yes: You can use Lambda with Moodle 3.3.9+.
But please note that this Moodle version is no longer supported by moodle.org, there will be no further bug fixes for general core bugs as well as for security issues. So it is highly recommended that you upgrade your Moodle instance.
However, if for some reason you still need to run your Moodle instance with an outdated core version, and if you are unable to upgrade, please create a ticket at the Support Center when you decide to purchase the theme. There you will receive a download link for the installation files of Lambda for Moodle 3.3.9+.
