Could you please update the Theme’s Bootstrap version from 4.1 to 4.5? There are several Bootstrap classes that don’t work with Listify. I tried updating it myself but couldn’t find guidance in the documentation as to how to do it. I’m in touch with John via e-mail to get help.

Do you support an unlimited number of locations? (for example, in 4 levels or 3. country, region, city)? can your theme handle more than 500k items? do you have the ability to create fields yourself? for example, for the city of Paris, these will be unique fields related to the Michelin guide and they will only be in Paris… Can I buy a theme for the test and if these requirements do not work, then return it without questions? thank you!

- First, the theme does support the 3 levels of location like country, region, or city. However, each listing is meant to take a single location. As an alternative, you can create several similar listings but set them to have different locations.
- Secondly, You can upload a bulk list of listings either with a CSV or XML file using the WP All Import plugin. See here for more information: How to Import Listings Using WP All Import.
- Thirdly, You can create custom fields using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
- Lastly, as it currently stand you can buy the theme and if it does not fit as per your requirements you can always ask for a refund for the theme.

I have pre-sales question:
1) Let’s say I have 3 pricing plans Premium, Standard and Free. When displaying listings can I display all Premium listings in a category first, followed by all Standard and then all Free listings.
2) If I bulk import 10,000 listings as an admin, by default I think the directory admin receives the leads sent to all the listings. But the Emails should go to their respective companies not the admin. How is the lead-form of each listing configured so that the owner receives the email not the admin weather the business is claimed or not?

In relation to your issue here, you can have the theme display “featured” listings appear first. This would be the best way to have Premium listings show above regular listings. Simply ensure the Listing is set to feature. You can read further here: How do listings get Featured.
However, setting the standard listings to be followed by free listings is quite hard as they may be considered as regular listings.
By default, the theme will notify the Listing owner if there is a new notification is received for a Listing. A notification will also be sent to the listing owner in case of a review or lead within the listing.

Hi , During the job submitting in Mobile or Tablet , the listing preview shows repeated information of maps and preview is slow.
I also check the demo theme of yours the problem is same.

Hello Guys, Is the Extended Location Plugin going to be Updated to support latest Google Maps Api and just work properly, I know you guys need to make money from some of the Plugins, but spending money each year on something that is not working properly just don’t cut it, I’m getting very disappointed with the theme, if you guys just put in the effort it could be a blessing for theme users and potential customers. I have been stucked on Version 3.0 and hard to pay another $29 to update and i don’t even know if things are working properly.

Really hope things will be looking up although hear these talking every year and still no headway etc, also need to hear about mobile layout of listing page, certain things need to be placed in certain areas etc, just do the work and make customers happy as right now in a pandemic, things are not so great.

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Listify.

In case you want to take commissions from your site you would need to get the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin which will help you manage, calculate, and pay commissions. However, as it currently stands you can only charge vendors/listing owners the commissions and not buyers. Please check out its doc here to find out more.

Hi there, I was just wondering if each listing on this theme had a QR code generated for the page itself or if this was possible in anyway? I’m having trouble with the location field autocomplete searching for the wrong address. This happens for any address I type in. For example, If start typing a location and then select one of the results from autocomplete dropdown, it seems to ignore your selection and then searches for another location.Could someone please help me out?

As it currently stands, the theme does not have the locations suggestion feature. If you were to implement it, unfortunately, there is no option to limit what it searches. As long as a user searches Cities or Countries, full addresses should not display or show those exact listings from a given address. The theme will only search for Listings within the Radius of the Address located.

Pre Sale Questions:
1- I want to make the theme in Arabic language, is the theme support Arabic language without any layout issue ? and i can translate everything in the website ? if yes which plugin i have to use ? i have purchased WPML, is it compatible with it ? and if something went wrong you will help me with this ? i’m asking all of this because i care about the Arabic language more than the English so i want to make sure that every thing will be translated to Arabic without any layout issue because i purchased two themes now and both of them they have issues with the arabic.and if you can provide me with a sample
2- Can i add multiple timing for the listings ? for example a restaurant opens in Friday from 9 am to 1 pm then it’s closed from 1 pm to 3 pm and reopen from 3 pm to 7 pm. can i do that in the theme ? or only one timing
3- Also it’s possible to remove the sidebar in listing grid view to make it full width listings without the map and the left sidebar?

- The theme comes pre translated into over 40 different languages including Arabic. This means as soon as you install the theme it will automatically be translated into your language without having to do much. See this link to find the language that you want. Check out this doc on how to create a full translation. Regarding WPML you can use it but we recommend an alternative as stated here.
- It is also possible to add multiple timings for the restaurant listings. You can do this while editing the listing on the right panel.
- Yes it is also possible to get rid of the left sidebar in the search page. You can do this by deleting the widget under Listing Archives – Sidebar.

For you to be able to see the products in the submission form you first need to ensure you have created products to link to the listings. If you would like listing owners to submit and manage their own products, you will need to install the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin.
To show products on the listing submission form to users choose which products to display under Listings > Settings > Products then under products limitation select “ALL”. This should display the all products with a dropdown on the listings submission page.

You guys really need to include some basic features like the ‘Claiming’ and the ‘Listing Payments’ features. Selling these very basic features at $30 per plugin is pretty nuts. People have supported this theme, and Astoundify, for a long time. Me included. Nickel and diming us for basic features like this is completely unacceptable.
This used to be a theme I easily recommended. Now it’s not even on the radar.
Thanks for the suggestion and we really appreciate your business with us! While we don’t offer a free cost for the plugins, we do want to make sure our customers are getting the most they can for their money.
Of course, we can understand that you may have an immediate need to reduce your ongoing costs. We also plan to add additional free plugins in the coming future. Also you can substitute with other third party alternatives as to achieve your desired result.

I am looking for a theme to create a restaurant directory theme. I would like to know if you theme supports the following features.
1. Bulk import restaurants from a csv file ( I will use wpallimport probably) with working map for the listings.
2. Search by category, region and text.
3. Reply to a review.
4. Vote a review (thumbs up or down).
5. Add customs fields for score.
6. Have a page with all the reviews, and a feature to sort them by popularity, best reviews etc.
7. Page builder support like Elementor (I hope you dont use wpbakary since it is a very bad builder).

- It is possible to do a bulk import of restaurants listings from a csv file. You can do this via the WP All Import plugin. Kindly check this doc for more insight about this.
- Yes, it is also possible to perform a search using those filters like keywords, category and regions. See more about search filters from this doc
- With the WP Job Manager reviews plugin, listing owners can reply to reviews. They can even moderate reviews that are posted on their listings.
- Unfortunately, this feature is not available.
- Sounds like a custom feature though which we do not have or can support. However currently, we only use theWP Job Manager Field Editor plugin to create custom fields.
- Again, this feature is also not available with our theme.
- As for the page builder support, You can use Elementor with Listify. You will however need to first install our Elementify plugin. The plugin enables support of Elementor by the theme. With the plugin, this facilitates building custom pages using Elementor.
