I can’t use it with my Elementor install as it needs a full theme installed where I have a fixed one that can’t be changed. I was looking for a drop-in Elementor theme I could import into Elementor’s themes pages to use as a Docs template. So I requested a refund. Shame because it looks great but it won’t work with my setup as it’s not an Elementor theme design.

It’s only apply for main web of Knowledge Base categories. When I acces inside one of categories or in any article, it still capitalize first letter? Please guide more.

Hi, How can I change the icon image for every Knowledge Base Categories in template?
To update the icon image for each Knowledge Base Category, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to ‘Knowledgebase’ and select ‘Knowledge Base Categories.’
2. Locate the category you want to modify, then click on ‘Edit.’
3. Scroll down the page until you find the ‘Image icon’ option, positioned just above the ‘Add/Edit category’ button.
4. Here, you can change the icon image to your desired one.
Remember to save your changes after updating the image icon.

Simply access the editing mode of the page. Once you’re on the edit page, scroll down until you come across the ‘Page – Title Bar Options (Text, Subtitle & Breadcrumb)’ section. From there, you can easily update the title text according to your preferences.

Is the search only performed in post title or also in the body of the post?
To enable the search feature within the body content, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to “Manual Options” in the General Search Settings.
2. Select “Search” and choose “Advanced Search.”
3. Within the Advanced Search options, locate the “Search in Content” checkbox.
4. Check the box to activate the feature.
This will ensure that the search function extends to the body content as well.
I bought the theme but I have this issue which I read inside comments from 1 year ago. The fact it still does not work is really bad and it means you didn’t care to solve this issue which is key, because otherwise we can’t use the features as people who bought the theme.
The popup opens, it’s the ‘activate button’ which does not change after I put the integration with envato inside the popup and activate the key.

For converting existing posts to KB/documentation, you can utilize the ‘Post Type Switcher’ plugin, available at https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/.
If you need to make bulk changes, the ‘Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress’ plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/) can be useful.

On the the FAQ’s pages/sections, how do you remove the ”#” at the end of each faq section or change it? Also how do you remove the share on social media links at the bottom of each faq?

How can I add widget just under the tree menu on documentation post type? Or can we remove the tree menu and display our custom tree menu on the documentation post type?
Code modification is necessary to include the widget beneath the tree menu.
It is possible to replace the current tree menu with a custom one through code customization, please note that the custom tree menu replacement will not function properly on the documentation post type.
