It’s recommended to have images at least 960px width. Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images to adjust the current size if needed. Hi..
I am having problems updating the theme for the last 2 versions. After updating I get a white screen with a debug link in the front end. Backend works fine.
So at the moment I am 2 versions behind and never had updating issues before.
Site Health does not show anything in particular. I have also enabled debug in wp-config …but nothing comes up in the dashboard – although I dont really know how to track errors this way.
Latest WP 5.4.1 with child theme (I tried parent theme only with no change)., PHP7.3.
I also disabled all plugins to see for compatibility issues, no change.
I must be missing something and I cant figure out what is wrong.
Please advice..

Hi. I have installed WPML and it works quite well, I have only one problem, when I switch from the default language to another one the Home V2 page behaves differently: the header fonts color become whit, also the background is white, so nothing is seen. Also a “Home V1” breadcrumb is displayed and I can’t switch off. I can’t edit the theme’s WPML version. Any suggestion what to set up to achieve that the theme works similar no matter the language? Thanks

Cant load all google fonts (only 54 fonts) Is there any limitation(wordpress or server) what fonts read from google, or is that theme bug? Darker Grotesque – i need that font inside google font as main font do you have some suggestion about that

I am not sure what could be causing that. We run local instances as well and we can’t replicate this issues. I can only think it’s a site/setup-specific one. Wish I could be more helpful but regretfully there’s no way I can check your local setup.
The best I can do is to let you know that there aren’t any known-logo issues and it should work once you get it online.

I think you have some problem with the homepage setup, since with every version in mobile view the icon is displayed. In normal view only with Home V3 is working, where the Header is “separate” not identical with in colors with the slider, like in case of Home V2. Could you help me out, how to overcome this problem? I can’t communicate with your support team, they are not responsive, so I prefer this channel. Thanks.

No worries, thanks for that. Also I noticed, that if I check the “Transparent header” option, the logos are disappearing. In every case if the header merges with the pictures/sliders underneath, the logo disappears, no matter if its in the middle or on the left side. Thanks!

thank you for your reply. I just have a few other questions:
1. Are all the fonts in the theme customisable? Do you offer access to all google fonts?
2. In your demo I’ve only seen products with white background and with a 1/2+1/2 split. - Is it possible to split the image gallery and description differently? Say in 2/3+1/3? - Can the product thumbnails be moved to the bottom of the big/active image? And can the active image fill the whole column?
3. Can you freely customise the sidebar through widgets? I’d like to only add product search, categories and a 3rd party widget.
4. Do you have just a selection of elements included with Visual Composer or are all the standard elements included? Do you have your own elements like buttons etc.?
5. Is SliderRevolution included or does the theme support SliderRevolution?
6. Is it possible to hide the feature image in product single pages?

Oh and one more thing:
7. How does the theme handle product feature images on the archive/shop pages, that are not in 1:1 ratio? I will have to use 3:2 and 2:3 / landscape and portrait images. Will the theme resize the images to 1:1 or will it stretch the products to fit the image ratio?

1. Yes, sure, it integrates with Google Fonts
2. That’s the only option available right now, there are no additional options that would allow you to split the gallery differently.
3. Sure, the sidebar support any widgets available, it’s not just limited to some.
4. It is using WPBakery’s Page Builder and yes, it comes with some theme-specific custom elements, but you can always extended that with plugin, I know there are many out there.
5. Yes, Slider Revolution is supported, and no, it is not included right now but we plan to include it with the following update. In the meantime you can simply ask support for it.
6. The product layout is built to work with images, you can choose not to upload image, a placeholder will be displayed instead.
7. You’re not limited to a single or specific aspect ratio. You can choose to have them all cropped into the same aspect ratio or leave the aspect ratio freely. The theme / shop page will work with any image size or aspect ratio.
