I’m having several issues with this theme, and the support team is very slow in replying and/or fixing these.
I would advise everyone to make sure the website is 100% working in a test environment and then you bring it live. I made the mistake of bringing it live before the bugs were fixed and now my client is complaining every day.
Hello, what you mention is usually always a good practice, but updating the theme and plugins is a very easy procedure. If you needed customizations, it is possible that the support required some extra time. If you still have any unanswered ticket, they’ll be covered within few hours.

Please remove the schedulefileter parameter, that’s only for multi radio websites.

I’m sorry there is no such thing for the moment, but you can use also Revolution slider (not included). Other sliders may work as well, but I’m not sure if they support ajax page loading, while revolution slider will for sure.

hi we bought the theme and implemented on a radio station. we seems to be having an issue with the video player. when its in full screen mode , the page reloads itself and player stops. how to fix this , please help

Yesterday i found another issue, i trie to update the theme OnAir 2 from 1.8.0. version to 1.9.0. version, and give me an error. The theme didn´t update the new version and i lost some information, like the players and the social networks links. I do that directly on the wordpress.
Now i´m afraid to trie the update again. Can you help and see what appen?

Hello Still have this issue. The thing its that i have in wp painel the onair2 theme and the onair2 childtheme. the onair2 theme its sellect and only appears in this one the updates. what i have to do update? or have to change the theme to the child theme?
in the installation i make everything right as you mentioned in the help files, and you said the updates must be perform in the child theme… but i have the other one sellect. What can i do?...

Hello djunder. Well, actually you should get in touch with the helpdesk for proper tech support, I can give you a quick answer here but please go on our support for more help.
It already seems you didn’t read the manual very carefully, as it’s well explained to not activate the main theme but to use the child theme instead, for a big a mount of reasons: http://www.qantumthemes.com/manuals/onair2/knowledge-base/theme-installation/Also, in my previous answer, I explained that the problem happens because of a block on your hosting.
It means that the provider who sold you the website hosting is blocking your website from connecting to the plugins.
Technically, your site cannot download the plugins because your provider is blocking it, so this is not something you can fix yourself or that we can fix for you. The issue is phisically located on the server that contains your website.
The only way to fix it is to check that you have CURL enabled and that your server is not blocking the connections to Qantumthemes.xyz.
Repeating: you have to please contact your hosting provider and ask to enable CURL post and allow connections to qantumthemes.xyz

Hello, it looks like your server has CURL closed or your server settings have a firewall preventing connections to qantumthemes.xyz.
You need to get in touch with your hosting provider, verify to have CURL post requests enabled and verify also that your requests to qantumthemes.xyz are not blocked.

I still don’t understand what do you mean as light version. By the way you can change colors in Appearance->Customize. The theme is based on a Material Design framework, this means that you can set a palette for your site by choosing about 10 colors.

This depends on which spanish you set in the Wordpress general settings.
Hello. I already install the onair2, and everything works fine. Only have a missing foto, in the home page, behind the Music Chart. I didn´t find where i can replace this foto. Can you help me?
Another thing, its the shoutcast player. Because i have only the shoutcasct v1, don´t have the name of the artist and song, like you want it. Can you think in change that, to we can cath the song name/artist in another way on the shoutcast server or another IP that we´ve got? In this days a player without song/artist name its a little bizarre.

Hello! We don’t have any report of similar problems. When you update to the new version the theme is retriven directly from Themeforest repository. If you had such problems it may have been from 2 reasons: 1) if you previously uploaded the theme via FTP, some files may have had wrong permissions. In this case you should download the theme from themeforest and upload it manually via FTP. Then update all the plugins.
2) The plugins were not updated. After updating the theme go in Plugins and verify for each of our plugins which ones requires an update. You should be able to update them with a click from the plugins list.
Updating the theme doesn’t modify any of the contents of the database and all the pre-existing functions and theme contents are of course preserved, this makes me think that the problem was really caused by server permission errors.
I don’t have many other info to help you as I don’t know how you updated, but is highly recommended to please get in touch with the support people via Helpdesk to receive a deeper support. Also there you’ll receive a much faster support.
By the way I’d recommend to try updating again following those info, it should be fine. Thanks!

Hello, if it is a separate plugin it has nothing to do with the Visual Composer license. The plugin Visual Composer is exactly the same, the only difference with a license is that you get the updates from Visual Composer instead of from us, which is not even good because you may update to untested versions, so don’t worry about that.
You can try Carousel Anything but if it doesn’t work with ajax page loading, you need to disable the Ajax plugin. That’s the only thing…

Hello, you can go in Appearance->Colors and change the color primary, primary light and primary dark to achieve a different color scheme.
This theme is based on a Material Design Framework:
this means that a same color is applied to multiple elements, and sometimes is not possible to assign a specific color to a specific elements without changing other parts of the site. This is called a color pattern, and this is the standard way Material Design works, to maintain a harmony between the elements and provide a consistenT color pattern.
Be sure to choose high contrast colors between page background and text color. Accent and secondary colors must always be bright colors that can be seen both on black and on white.
The text on primary, accent and secondary colors is always white and can’t be changed.
To create negative patterns you can choose dark colors for Page and Paper, and a light color for the text.
You can calculate cool color palettes on websites like:
http://paletton.com/ https://coolors.co/browser If you want to change the color of a specific element indipendently from the framework, or to change the color of elements not customizable by the customizer, you may need to add your own custom CSS.You can add it in the styles.css file of the Child theme folder in wp-content/themes/onair2-child/styles.css
To edit the CSS file you may also use the function in Appearance->Editor.
