I’m sorry but I don’t even understand which divider you are mentioning, and no, I’m not kidding, everybody is requested to open a support ticket, where we have about 30 thousand requests answered in a year, so you may understand this is the standard procedure and not a request for you.

data-parallax="0"Then in your child theme folder make a folder phpincludes and copy this custom file in your child folder so your change will be safe even updating the theme.

1) You should make an Editor profile for every manager you want to add 2) You have to use a plugin like user-role editor to provide access to a single page to the users 3) Make some testing, never tried this before and is the first time we receive this request

Hello! Technically you can make some js to achieve it but it would be useless because browsers will think it’s an automated popup, google will rate badly your site because automated popups are a bad practice and the final result would be very negative for you.
You can instead set the autoplay in Appearance > Customize (available in the latest theme versions so you may need to update your theme).

I have a menu with a submenu, however when you check on mobile the only the submenu is clickable with the parent menu only highlighting?

1) The problem is that if you don’t want the parent item to send you to a page, but just open the sub menu, you can’t use a page. Instead, add a custom link in the menu, and link to # in this way

Thanks for the info. The link is not a custom link but a page link like the others, all I did was just to place another page as a submenu under it. You respond faster here than in the forum thats why I use here….
Hello, you should read once more please my previous answer and check the linked screenshot. If you want to top parent page to NOT go to another page but just open sub items, make a cutom link and poit to #, then put your main page as sub-item of your # link.

Its you that didnt get my point.
Who We Are is a page and added to the menu Team is also a page added as a submenu to Who We Are.
That means both as menu links to their pages right? It works perfect on PC or desktop but on mobile the parent menu which is Who We Are does not respond it only open the submenu which is Team.
It is not a custom link, but a page link in the menu.
Does that clarify?

1. Social share buttons are not showing up at the moment, its all blank with no icon.
2. How can I add sidebar to my podcast page, I know it has default archive template which at the moment does not have any sidebar. I will like to include a sidebar on such archive page.

Hello! 1) Be sure to have the secondary header actived in Appearance >Customize > Header
2) You can’t that layout doesn’t have a sidebar. The only way would be a very massive code customization, unfortunately we can’t offer that with the theme support and you may need to hire a developer.
3) Always use 1600×700 pictures.
Why do you always make everything look like a tall order? You said it will require a “massive” coding to add sidebar functionality to the archive pages.
You guys have a good theme quite alright, but as end users may be you should consider some of our requests, imagine having sidebars on those archive pages and reducing the thumbnails so that by default its 4 on a row rather than the current three and also to add woocommerce to this theme, it will make your theme the best ever on this marketplace, imagine what you have achieved without those functions at the moment and what it will look like when you add em…

Hello, I’ll be happy to explain you. While doing a theme, you have 2 choices: add tons of options and features and make an endless bloat of code, endless manuals, and a super ugly performance, or you can take some choices which are the best for most of the people, and who wants to customize his site has total freedom to add his own CSS and HTML templates.
We go for the second way because people wants a software fast and easy to use, not a “game of the checkboxes” where you have to guess the right settings among thousand of options.
You are now asking for a couple of features that may be useful for you, but we have hundreds of customers who does the same.
If we simply add any feature we are asked for, your theme will soon require 5 minutes to load you you’ll have to deal with changes and new settings at every update.
Instead we provide a product that works, with a certain amount of options.
Every theme needs to have limits, from the limits on, it’s up to the customer to apply his special customizations.
About your schedule, please remember that it displays all the shows until midnight of the current day. So if you have less than 5 shows until midnight, there will be less than 5 shows in your “upcoming shows” carousel (and similar shortcodes).

Yeah I get you, what I mean is that once its 7pm it does not display shows that from that time to midnight
Exactly, for the server it would be too heavy to do every time the check and a second wuery, it hould count the amount of results in the current day and eventually go in the day after and start over again, and as the shows extraction is a complex query, this may kill the performance.
hi i really like yr template and before i buy it i have some questions first is that if i can change the ’’popup’’ button to ’’live chat’’ and then add a live chat in the popup page and have both live chat and the player and also add the slider with the sponsors u have in the homepage or something similar to it for the banners of the sponsors? and the second question is if in the music top 10 chart u have in the demo can connect the tracks from player i use to show the last tracks from the playlist (im using shoutcast stream which has a history of 10 tracks)? thank u and im waiting for yr reply
If you have a live chat software on your own, it is possible and easy. The theme doesn’t provide any similar tool, its integration is up to you.
In homepage you can manage sponsor with a built-in functionality. You can also add sponsor carousel in any parts of the pages via Visual Composer.
In the top 10 you can add tracks in: mp3, soundcloud, mixcloud, youtube.
You can’t do that think you mean, Shoutcast history is very rare (on 2000 radio customers we have among this and other themes, only 2 had history, so there is no theme integration). Anyway you can’t use the top10 to display the latest played track, because is not the intent of the tool and it would require a super massive and expensive coding integration which we can’t do at the moment.

To change the text of the button, you can use a “translation” file (find the info in the Translations page of the manual http://www.qantumthemes.com/manuals/onair2/knowledge-base/7-0-translating-the-theme/ ) or edit the file
onair2/phpincludes/menu.php at line 97
and change this: <?php echo esc_attr__(“Popup”, “onair2”); ?>
Then you can put this file in a same path of the child theme folder, to keep the customization when you will need to update the theme.

Hello, yes there is no problem! we were thinking about including it with the product, it should work fine putting the shortcode in the text. For visual composer you can simply make a text field and put the shortcode inside.

I have used Wordpress minimally. I have always hand codednor used Dreamweaver. It’s pretty logical but it’s still looking foreign to me. I like the theme and it’ll do everything I want it to do except it has so much I don’t need just yet.
Hello! Compared with building a site with Dreamweaver, Wordpress is much faster and doesn’t require coding. There is a base of knowledge required to understand the principles of customizations, page creation and Visual Composer, while for all the special functions added from the theme you can rely on the theme’s manual.
The best way to start is to create a local installation using XAMPP, WAMP or MAMP, while for Mac is recommended AMPPS.
If you don’t mind working directly online, you can just setup your website online.
In the manual you can find the links to the basic WordPress walkthrough, in the first chapters:

Well, Youtube videos are set in order to be 100% of the container, so the trick is to put them in a column of the width you want.
In visual composer you can create a row and create the columns inside, make a column of the width of the video, and place the video in it.

I don’t understand the question, app icons are to link to the apps of your radio, so you should link the the app page of your radio apps, like from app store or Google play store or any similar link you want to provide for specific devices or operative systems, the link you put depends on what you want to link.

For Winamp and Windows Media Player you generally link to the .pls file of your radio, for Windows phone and Blackberry you link to the app page of your radio app on those app stores, example:
