That’s not needed. The theme may provide bundled plugins such as Visual Composer or Slider Revolution. Due to Envato’s licensing rules, we provide the plugins as a built-in feature provided under a Bundle extended license, which forbids us to provide License Certificate and Purchase Code to our customers.
We can provide plugin’s updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing theme.
It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.
If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, you can discard it or purchase a Personal License on Codecanyon.net, but we can’t ensure that updated versions will work smoothly with our theme as the ones we distributed, as it can be untested. The version we provide is tested and working fine with the theme. You don’t need to buy a personal license. Is an optional thing.

Hello, I’m looking for a theme that has all of this functions:
1. Scheduler for live streams, pre records and random for when no DJ’s playing 2. DJs can live stream from other location to the sajt at given time 3. Pre recorded starts at given time 4. Random mixes airs when no DJ is booked.

Ho and thanks for contacting us… What you mention is what a cloud dj streaming service does for you, is not a task that WordPress should do, give a look at services like radio.co or streamers.co for instance.

is 4.0.1 the only change was for the top bar player, now the mobile detection is done via javascript making the theme compatible with static caching (5 min ttl caching recommended though).

1) Yes you can play streams from shoutcast, icecast and any other mp3 streaming source. Our theme is NOT a streaming automation software so you need your own radio streaming provider/manager/software to create and mansge the stream.
2) Yes you can change colors
3) Yes, You can add music chart tracks and podcasts from spotify

No is not, sorry, not because we can’t make it but because people attempt to make multiple sites using one unique license which is against the license terms. That’s why we are not making this multisite compatible.

Hi there. Do you happen to know how I can use a development activation so I can test plugins on my local machine? We are trying to make major edits on the site but I need to be able to access the plugins and they are not loading right when I make a copy to my local machine. Please advise.
No problem you can request a reissue from our helpdesk, click on the Purchase Code Reset link in the menu, so you can make a test installation. Once finished you can swap back.

Hi, Long time user. We’ve recently added in sponsors and have noticed odd cropping occurs.
I’ve managed to track it down to:
onair2/ttgcore-setup/short/short-sponsors.php and this line (82-90ish):

which when switched to just ‘medium’ it fixes the cropping issue:

Is this a possible bug? Every update I need to manually switch that code to fix our sponsors images

And yes, the image is set to “crop” (qantumthemes-medium)
You can make the sponsors 690×302 to prevent cropping (or any proportional size)

I tried already all things you can find as checklist for this kind of issue for wordpress… and it didn’t help.
