Hi, I bought this wonderfull theme and I’m learning how to use it. There will be other questions I’m sure. For now I would like to know if there’s a easy way to change the product tabs to below the thumbnails with the size of the page boxed size, that is the standard in woocommerce. Can you help on this? Unfortunately, we made custom changes to VC, as they didn’t support nested changes in that version, so there is no way to upgrade it, as you will lose our work there.

Yes, trying to embed via shortcode but I want to remove all controls from the youtube clip and set it to autoplay. I have manually added some embed code using the raw html shortcode, and that looks fine, but with this method the video is not responsive. Thks.

unfortunately, you can’t choose whether to play video with controls or autoplay because video shortcode is Visual Composer’s and that shouldn’t be modified. Sorry for the inconvenience.

you can change the size of pie chart directly in subway/js/default.js file on line 492. When you change the size of pie chart minimize that file using http://www.freeformatter.com/javascript-minifier.html and paste result to default.min.js.

Hi there,
Default contact form in the theme that you can setup in options problem.
There’s this field called ‘Email From’. What can I put in there so it automatically pulls the name & email address from sender so I can simply click reply in my email client?
Or is that not possible?
Also, is there a way to BCC emails? I know CC works by coma separating email addresses in ‘Send To’ field, but if I need BCC?

You should put email address in Email from field. Unfortunately, you can’t just reply, as contact form details are listed in the body of the email.

Hi, a few more questions about shortcodes: 1. Can I use and mix all the shortcodes I want in one page? 2. Is there shortcodes for dividers, teasers, tables (not pricing ones), images and callouts? 3. Can I add % symbol to counters and mix % with regular numbers? Can I have progress bars without %? 4. Can I add steps to steps shortcode and make them clickable? And can I add text to display when someone hovers them? 5. Also, can I add a timeline plugin on pages? 6. Can woocomerce pages be used in other language than english?

1. Sure. You can create any combination of shortcodes with ease.
2. We have divider shortcode available with multiple types available, multiple image shortcodes are also available (single image, image with text over etc.). If you mean call to action elements then yes, we have that also available. Unfortunately we don’t have any table shortcode available.
3. Yes, % can be added easily. Also % can be removed from progress bar with some custom css.
4. Unfortunately no, you can’t add steps to our steps shortcode. Each step can be linked.
5. You can try using some plugin of that sort and if it has some shortcode available then it can be added to any page
6. Sure, you can translate your shop to your language because our theme comes with language files available.

1. “If you mean call to action elements then yes, we have that also available.” By teasers I meant something similiar to the link: http://the7.dream-demo.com/shortcodes/banners-teasers/teasers/, allowing me to tease visitors with an image+text+button to make them go to another page (not necessarly portofilo or blog). Do you have something similar?
2. Regarding icons, how many are they? Can I replace your icons by my own on the next shortcodes?:http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/subway/icon-box/. Or even replace icons by images?

Scroll down the page and you’ll see boxes with icon, text and button. You can add image instead of icon and you can alter text also
2. We’ve used font awesome icons. You can check the list of available icons here: http://fontawesome.io/3.2.1/cheatsheet/
