I have tried both Chrome and IE. The buttons that dont work are the: “This Ticket is for…. ” and “the Private or public button”.

Just tried it from Chrome (PC) and it worked fine for me: http://screencast.com/t/9Lx70KGcqj

Tried both buttons. Can you try to empty cache of your browser and restart it?

I tried that but still not able to complete the form. There is a problem with the qode.ticksy.com site. Trust me!

I have noticed now that someone else had same problem and reported it to you.

Sorry for not replying immediately, we are short with stuff this week.

1) Yes

2) Yes, you can add social icons to header and footer by adding its shortcodes to widget areas

3) Yes, you can build any layout you want using Visual Composer

4) Both slider and composer are very reliable plugins and I am not aware of any big issues regarding those. Regarding support, we are doing our best do handle everything we can, but we are just short with stuff this week.

- try to enable top header from demo toolbar

- unfortunately, we didn’t implement any carousel plugin for this theme, but you can some plugin

- we didn’t implement email subscription either, but you can add it or use some plugin

I uploaded the demo content, started working on it but I cannot find where the links to social icons is, I need to place them in footer.

I cannot seethe header widget option in my website, however I have enabled it from settings. I have to place the social icons-same as urs on the left but with my mentioned icons, and search on the right of header??

Where to find these.. Plzz answer asap, as I understand u would on leave from tomorrow.

You can place them in footer by going to Appearance > Widgets and add Text widget to Footer column 1 and paste this code to it:

I want Facebook, Twitter, G+, Youtube and pinterest only. Twitter worked, i tried..

What about the header, its not visible.. I placed search widget to header right block, but it wasn’t shown on the page. Should I give you the credentials to check??

There is one more issue, cannot find where the shortcodes are, if want to use on a page.

In editor, on clicking visual (visual/text) nothing appears as it is not clickable.

The logo size is very small and hardly changes

You can see list of font-awesome icons here:

You can just add new social icons, but make sure you put “icon-” prefix instead of “fa-” as it’s older version of font awesome library.

Our theme comes with Visual Composer. Make sure it’s enabled.

You can control the height of the logo & menu in Qode > Header and Footer.

Thanks for the icon set, I’ll try it now. The logo part is solved. I know there is VC with ur theme, I talking about the normal editors visual tab.

What about the header not shown, the top header widget area is not visible. I placed widgets to make it visible, but it isn’t.

Thanks very muth for you answer it very help me, but two more questions I wrote in this ticket (screenshots present in ticket) and duplicate it here ( I check inside your admin panel and it very help me. If it possible i will check it again maybe tomorrow. But a few problems I can not solve. First is color of theme? What I have to do for make my theme yellow or red, as well as in your example and use theme icons yellow or red? And second is gallery. I need have few gallery as in my screenshot, so for this can I use capabilities of your theme (it is prety photo?) or I have to install external plugin gallery? I cant understand what is the best way, let my now please. And if i will use capabilities of your theme, settings you cover block change depending on type of page, full width or with sidebar.
