Hi. The theme is very beautiful, but you guys have to put hard work on bug solving (lots of minors bugs) and improve google speed ranking. I’ll wait the next releases to see if you address the bugs so i i’ll think to use it in my other ecommerces.

Your mega menu extension is useless and full of bugs ! We tried to fix it but that was not possible, then we have consulted your team to fix it, they tried for a month, and then they gave up ! after that, we decided to use a third party mega menu extension, but it was not fully compatible with your theme. Then I asked your team to help, they said this task should be paid (although it is not my problem that your megamenu extension is not working !) and I accepted and paid. Today we complete 3 weeks and your developer still havent finished his paid job ! I have paid for him in front, but he doesnt answer on my calls, and he has not yet finished his task. What should i do now?!

That is not true at all, many other who bought your theme also reported that your magemenu is not working ! so it is definitely not only RTL issue. On the other side, now your developer doesnt answer my calls, and he is also asking me not to call him, and since more than 3 weeks he didnt finish his job !! find me a solution here. You need to talk to him.

I want to know what is “Separated Mobile Theme” mean? Are all files separated or just CSS/JS or something?
What I mean is that when I do customization later on the theme, will do it two times one for web and one for mobile or both reading from same files?

On Supro we have a separate theme for mobile, that mean you can use one theme for desktop ( supro theme ) and other theme for mobile view (mgsmobile theme) or if you don’t want that you still can use Supro theme for both desktop and mobile.
Yes if you use mgsmobile theme for mobile and want to customize the theme, you will need to customize both the theme

Hi ArrowHiTech, Great to see you guys! I worked with Martin many years ago on several project. How does it work if we find issues in the CSS/JS/Template, do you have somewhere we can submit to include in updates? Ie. All templates show the same theme on iOS regardless of the theme selected, if you select the view desktop version it shows the mobile version of that theme.

Is the AMP module what controls the “look” of the theme while viewing on an iOS mobile device? We noticed that we got the exact same mobile view on all themes until we selected “Desktop View” on my mobile device. We liked the Desktop view, as viewed on the mobile versus the “default” mobile view. We thought that AMP was more specific to Google. Are we wrong and confused?

- Not really, AMP will control customer’s experience in the first time they visit your site when search on searching tool.
2) Yes you are right, AMP was specific to Google, you can decide to use “mgsmobile” theme or use responsive mode of “supro” theme for mobile, no problem

I have the below reported bugs and issues, and some of it is without reply since 2 weeks. I keep sending reminders and I have also wrote a comment here before, any you only keep telling me: we will check and come back to you soon, but no answers !!

After I installed the latest version of the theme on newly created staging server running Magento ver. 2.3.5-p1, the “Import Static Blocks” doesn’t show me any Import button. Is this a bug as the browser console is not showing me any errors?

Now we have a mobile theme called mgsmobile was included in theme package, you can set to use it when you visit your site on mobile device. That mean you can use 2 themes, one for desktop and other one for mobile.
