Hello, I do not see how to upgrade

Hi, The theme has many broken features in Magento 2.3.4 version, so I wouldn’t concider this as compatible with the latest Magento version. These features break in 2.3.4 version:

- Quickview in catalog page doesn’t load - Selecting size swatch in catalog page doesn’t remove text “as low as” - Filters in catalog page disappear suddenly and no possibility to return them - If filters are not disappeared, selecting filter doesn’t return any products - Product dimensions in Theme settings doesn’t have any effect - Selecting “Yes” to Hide Add to compare, Hide Add to wishlist buttons doesn’t have any effect in catalog page - If image is added to category page, it is duplicated and the same image is shown twice - Back to top button jumps to header in first load - Category page header styles are different compared to home page, though custom colors are selected on theme settings - Account link color doesn’t change when header link colors are changed - When selecting vertical gallery to product page, first 3 thumbnails are shown in slider and when selecting one thumbnail, the slider suddenly grows to 5 thumbnails - Warnings in web console about using non standard property “zoom” and missing a dependency for jQueryUI widget

I can see from comments that other users are also complaining about this theme. I have tried to install this theme into fresh installation of Magento 2.3.4 and added patch 2.3.1 which comes with the installation package of Supro theme. These above mentioned bugs still appear. When are you going to update this theme because obviously it doesn’t work with the latest Magento (I also tried versions 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 and these bugs persist also on those versions)

Couple of questions… 1) Can i use videos in sliders? And 2) Can i also integrate other Payment Gateways? 3) Does it include an inventory and order management? 4) Does it include order tracking? 5) how can i integrate the customer information into my CRM? 6) Any API’s for marketplacement?

I have purchased and installed this and it’s working barely marginally. The front page builder is a rather mess. I have yet to figure out if there is a way to change the height of the owl slider section. Clicking on “Add new section” button does nothing. The categories pages will show only 15 products in rows of 4 no matter what I change. I have opened a ticket and haven’t heard back.
