Updating the theme to latest version, broke all my accordians. Support has expired, but this shouldn’t happen. please advise

Unable to disable persistent loading spinner in The7 theme v.11.15.0

I’m experiencing an issue with the loading spinner in The7 theme version 11.15.0. The main problem is that the loader keeps running indefinitely, particularly on mobile devices (Android with Chrome). I’m seeking guidance on how to either resolve this issue or completely disable the loader.

- The loading spinner continues to run and doesn’t disappear as expected. - This issue is most noticeable on mobile devices, especially Android phones using Google Chrome. - The loader behavior is inconsistent across different devices and browsers.

Hi, I’m trying to apply custom CSS styles to my Contact Form 7 form, but I’m facing an issue where my styles are not being applied. Hi All, You need to check the logic of the license. You need to verify only if the license is not in use on a domain but i use the a license for my project and the project change, i must be able to use the same license to another project even the last one is not active.

I am trying to import the demo for “Business Advisors”. However, when the import finished, I see a red dot next to “Importing theme options”, it does not export. I have tried the theme on 2 different servers. The theme options are not importing.

Hello! I recently purchased your theme and am building a company website (currently logged into my personal themeforest account which is why I’m not appearing as a verified customer)

I am looking for a simple feature but am unable to find it as an option within your theme. Can you confirm whether or not such a feature exists and if not, perhaps suggest a way to add it to my theme either by code or plugin?

I need a logo showcase in grid form. Color images with grayscale and link on hover. This is a popular feature but I’m not seeing the option within The7. Have I overlooked it?

I see that in the theme settings there is a “hover/image” category which allows for none, grayscale or grayscale with color on hover. This option however overrides the entire theme and messes up other aspects of the site. For instance, when either are enabled my custom map pin appears in grayscale etc.

Is there no option to post an image and have grayscale hover? I can create the grid myself if necessary
