Hello i tried to duplicated the microsite template and to customize it in order to have many pages in my website that will use the base of Microsite template but it doesnt work . is it normal ?

Hello my costumer wants to purchase this theme but we have some questions about this theme before. are you theme supports the folowing wish that my costumer asks me? if not can you tell me what item supports and what not: Maybe you have another theme that supports most of them items. I need quickly answer because we are short of time

I’ve updated to 3.9.2 and the Microwidgets menu doesn’t show anymore the Social Icons menu. Is it normal ?

is it possible to have 2 different types of header layouts on two different pages or do the theme options always rule all pages?

We wanted a section with a side (vertical nav) and another area with either none (landing page) or a regular horizontal main menu.

The latest update to v3 (3.9.3) is not updating VC. Here’s the message I get when I initiate an update via either the plugins menu or the “the7 plugins” menu:

First of all we are unable to show the portfolio visible on checking the boxes for Display Portfolio Category(s)Portfolio Options, It hides itself after a save/update. Also any data entered in that box is also lost after save/update. I am using wordpress 4.6.1.

Hello. It seems that with the update to WordPress 4.6.1, Ultimate Addons is breaking the add/edit post and/or page pages. When that specific plugin is disabled, normal functionality resumes on the page and post admin pages. Everything had been working fine, and nothing else was added/changed. Is this a known issue that is being looked at?

After selecting and activating all plugins, and I got an error “http error 500”

after i upload my site form localhost to bluehost, the webpage can displayed but the page content can not be found in the wordpress’s editor plugin of ‘visual composer’

I contacted bluehost and they told me they can help but: “All you need to do is contact your theme provider and ask for the php.ini value or the server requirement”

Edit: disregard. I deleted everything and imported again. Now it is ok. I think old content was stopping new one to import correctly..

Hello, I’m replacing an existing theme with The7. I would like to add a Facebook like button to all existing posts. How can I do this? Please don’t tell me that I have to assign a template to each single post (in both languages) individually. Is there an option to assign it to all existing posts automatically, i.e. update design?
