The theme and visual composer use prettyphoto and currently it’s not possible to be disable from the theme option but if you disable the plugin files and install your lightblox plugin it may works, depends on what plugin you are willing to use.
Yes, there is a 2 gallery modules included : you can see some example here :
- Gallery module ( can be full width or normal, you can change image size and number of columns )
- Gallery slideshow ( check Stunning Slideshow Images section )
What kind of gallery do you want to use, we are interested in customers feedback and are willing to include good ideas to the next updates.

I will have placeholder image instead of the images we used in the demo.

Hi, I just downloaded and installed the new version, and when I click on Demo Importer, it says “No Demo Data Provided”.
Hi Dramsay, we noticed this error and have made a fix we are waiting for themeforest to accept our new update.
In the meanwhile you can use the demo.xml and wordpress importer.

Hello, if you are wondering if the images are included the answer is no, we have placeholder images and blurred background to replace the commercial images.

If you want to use the images you can download it from our demo but without the commercial license you are not allowed to use them.
How can I get this license ?
You need a license for each commercial image, you need to buy them from shutterstock or other platforms
Where can I download the demo ?
To download the demo you need to buy the theme, but like I said you wont be able to use the images anyway, if you only want the images you better buy the images from shutterstock
If you purchase the template images are there?
Mockup images are here, commercial images blurred.

Hello Dramsay, unfortunately ticksy doesn’t have fixed the issue with the registration, they said they plan to add it soon but for the moment the only way to register a new account without using twitter or facebook is to create a new ticket

Any ETA on the coming update? Will probably purchase in the next 24 hours, but really wanted to see how a couple of things you mentioned were implemented and styled, like the vertical menu, etc.

Nice theme! Pre Sales question: Are there settings for the animation; ie speed, ease? Or can they be accessed through the css?

For the speed everything is set automatically on the javascript ie: if 3 element appear on same time with same animation the theme will set make a delay between each animation.
For the ease you will need to modify css if you want to change it.

I do not have a ticket to open at this time. Clicking on sign-in/register at the top does not allow me to register just log-in. There is no place to register.
The only way to register is by using your Facebook or Twitter account?
You are right it seems you can only register with facebook or twitter if you are not opening a ticket.. That’s strange I will contact ticksy to see if there is an other way to register.
If you want you can create a private ticket to register, just say you wanted to register so you created a ticket, no problem.
By creating a ticket an account will be created using your email and the password you set when creating the ticket

Received this error while importing.
There was an error importing demo content:
Failed to import Media “short-hc”Failed to import Media “mountain_cut”
It just mean that the demo failed to import 2 images, so not really important

I am not seeing any home pages though.

I think it’s because you still need to set the menu and widgets,

If you import one more time you will have posts and pages imported two times, you should try to contact us on our forum so we can check if the import failed or if you just need to set the pages

Regarding importing the Demo content. I had to run the Import Data option about 6 times to import all of the dummy data.
After the 6th time it started duplicating the data.
Hello Dramsay, I think this is a problem with your server setting or hosting limitation.
Please check this article : What To Do If Demo Content Import Fails
By changing the settings your server should be able to import the demo in 1 time without problem or duplicating content.

We use the loader because our main homepage has 10mb + in content and we want to make sure everything load before the user start to scroll down. You can easily disable the loader so even if you make a big page you can give instant access to the customer, and if your page is smaller it will definitely load faster.
