Please, consider that SVGs aren’t supported by WordPress by default, they are added by Uncode, so maybe the plugin you use isn’t able to import the SVGs’ meta values as well, such as width and height saved in the database.

Hi RedRya! Just to clarify… the new Slider Revolution is perfectly compatible with the last version of Uncode (in fact we don’t have any report). Moreover, note that what happen inside Slider Revolution is not theme dependent, in fact this is the reasons this plugin is so popular (consider it a different frame). If you think the problem is Slider Revolution we can report the issue to the authors but we need a complete technical report (versions, effects used, etc etc…). Anyway if you have the plugin on another website you can try to copy it from this server to the new one. Just open the FTP and download the plugin folder, so you can then upload to the other server… I hope this make sense!

Thank you for your time, yes this does makes sense, but was hoping I wouldn’t need to get my programmer involved and do the downgrade of the plugin from the Admin panel but I can see that that won’t be possible. It’s OK will find a way to make it work and for sure will be very careful before updating this slider on other client websites.

If you want to use the Basic Header, there is a custom filter uncode_after_header_title you can use to print whatever you want below the title. It requires some WP and PHP skills of course. You can find it in /uncode/partials/headers.php

I shared my personal experience with the theme, and pointed out that your documentation was not helpful for me to figure out and fix it myself which would otherwise have relieved your customer support team. I also see that refunding seems a simple thing for you, but not for me as I have spent enormous time trying to figure out things in the absence of good documentation, which can’t be monetized or refunded.

Hi RedRya! To be notified of the updates, you need to register the theme but you have a very old version that uses the old Envato registration that is now discontinued. You should update to the new version of Uncode that uses the new Envato API and a faster registration system with only the Purchase Code.
