Hi pahdre! No we don’t have other reports, please verify that you have the latest version of Uncode and that the error is not caused by some extra plugins, since the error point to a native file of WordPress (not Uncode files).

Yes, I recently updated the Uncode theme. What’s interesting is after the upgrade, it won’t let me update the Uncode Core or other plugins.

Ok but you have to update the required plugin, it seems normal that the error can be caused by the fact that you have a recent version of Uncode but not of the required plugins that need to updated too. What error you have when you try to update the Uncode Core?

It just goes in a loop. It will allow me to click update but then it doesn’t actually updated.

I see that you have a coming soon plugin, can you please try to deactivate all extra plugins and test again? Some time these plugins also block all the connections to external services and so it blocks all the procedures.

I deleted the theme, then reuploaded a fresh install. That seemed to help with the updating a lot of the error messages and plugins. However, Uncode CORE is still not letting me Update. Below is the message…

Actually, I used testimonials plugin to show people's profiles on one of my friends' websites. But they want to filter the memebrs by some categories. So I used Post option to display testimonials (profiles) and enabeled categories filters. I would love to style the 'members' tab in the same way like I styled testimonial display in the 'speakers' tab. The moment I add background the profile photos become square. I just wanted to have the same look if possible.

I was considering to add the custom CSS, I just hoped it was already part of the block settins. I guess if you would tell me what am I styling will save me time figuring it out. Thanks a lot! Greets, Mili

I wanted round picture of the person + their name (‘post title’) on white filled rectangle delimited with border line : To look exactly the same like items in the ‘speakers’ tab (but only name will be displayed not all post text). I did now white background and circular image but you said that those 2 don’t work together. Will leave it for the moment so you can have a look. Let me know. I was trying to style it with custom CSS but I cannot figure out the classes for each thing

Hello, I can provide a CSS snippet to display a rounded image instead of a square one when you set that from the Page Builder module, and I can help you to center it, but the other customizations depend on a 3rd party plugin and they aren’t up to us, so I’m sure this code will be a good starting point for you or your dev to try to achieve the best result:

Please open a ticket so we can check details and help! At least try to downgrade WordPress if you think this is the problem until the issue is not fixed.

I mean in html the output is like this: img src(unknown) width=”” height=”” alt=”” It is very odd because as I said above, the pictures are in the library and even after I selected them again, nothing happened…

I understood this but if we don’t have other similar reports it’s not something that we can debug in words or from the frontend of your site. We are always ready to help but if you have a unique problem with your site we need to access the installation and probably FTP to help you.

Hello, in this case we’re sorry, but the only way to discover what’s wrong is to check what files and function you’ve overwritten in your child theme: among them you’ll find something that isn’t supported anymore by Uncode or, most probably, by Wordpress.

I have updated all the plugins and I have my wordpress on version 5.2.5. Everything is working fine so far.

After I update to 5.3.2 everything breaks out again. If I downgrade to 5.2.5. everything works fine again. So every version from 5.3 to 5.3.2 is not working out.
