Have you also updated the Uncode Core and deleted browser cache as listed in the Theme Update documentation? In case can you please be more specific on the issue you are facing? Do you refer to the front-end or some functionalities in the admin page (ex: you are not able to create new connections…)? Thank you!

I updated the theme via FTP, just upload all the new file, then my website is not looking right. some css style is gone. My host said “It appears your testinputvars.php file was flagged by our automated security software”

Please ask your host to set correct permission for this file, this need to be writable, now it’s not writable and Uncode cannot write it with your custom options: https://www.travenluc.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/css/style-custom.css
Once done save Theme Options in order to recreate this file with your options.

There is no way to unflag a modsecurity rule or script. The function used in that PHP file had over 5,000 arguments which is triggered the rule designed to protect sites from DOS attacks that try to pass too many arguments.
Hi traven! It seems they have not understood the simple problem that is only about a file permission. First of all this perfectly worked before and works without any security concern for 25.000+ users (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase), this is the only method every advanced themes use for create a custom file with the option. You just need to apply correct permission to this file in order Uncode can write on it with a simple FTP program: http://undsgn.d.pr/T9YVB6/1mgArFQE
When you have updated the theme your host has applied incorrect permissions and this file is not writable.
But I am not talking about custom css file, because it is the theme css somehow is gone. https://travenluc.com , I already set custom css file to writable, but still not working

It looks like it is my host mistake / misunderstanding. You are right, it is the custom-css file. But weird thing is I already set it to 755 on FTP, but they said it is still 644, anyway, it is working now.

Hello For the demo import you write : We always recommend running it on a fresh WordPress installation and no extra plugins active. Which are the essential plugins that should be active during the demo import? Should the extras like ‘Layer Slider’, ‘I recommend this’ etc be deactivated before the demo install?

Sometimes users have dozen of active plugins (not relative to Uncode theme) and this can interfere with the Demo Import procedure . Let us know if you need more infos!

How can I get 3 columns with Posts in a Content Block? When I set width to 3/12 it only shows 2 posts per row. I’m getting blind shuffling through all the settings 20 times now and was hoping you could help.
Hi play-design and sorry for delay! Without a check it’s not so easy to understand what is the cause of your issue. You first need to set 6/12 as Width option. Then if you are operating in a narrow area you should also take care of the Posts Module > Module tab > Responsive Breakpoints.

To check if your upload limit is really 64mb go to “Media Library -> Add New” and look below the uploader area: http://undsgn.d.pr/Nr2YbP
If you make sure about this, please make also sure to upload the right zip, the one called “uncode.zip” that should be about 23MB and not the entire package (about 260MB).
Deleting media from your library will increase your free server space not the upload limit.

I’m love using your theme. Now i try to use a Automatic background for certain posts with certain category’s. I looked it up and found this. https://undsgn.com/create-custom-header/
After a couple of tries, this thing doesn’t seem to work. I use the Content Block settings in the Theme Options. After that i can see the header with the heading but just with a white background? How is it possible or how could i fix this?

I use a background video for the menu. If I choose the center menu (not center split), the video appear only for the menu. The logo above the menu stays with the default background color. If use another option menu, I don’t have this issue. Is it a bug? How can I change the header to include the menu and logo with the video background?
